Very bare bones hotel with no amenities but toiletries are provided. Excellent location near a metro station and a mall, as well as walking distance to many famous pedestrian streets of old guangzhou. Room was quite small but the bathroom was very spacious and had additional room for storage.

Baowan Hotel is very simple and simply managed like a family business. There is no use of uniforms that show a sign or identity of an integrated task force. Condition of Room 506 There are no windows to the outdoors, so it's less comfortable. The dirty water plumbing is leaking and the rectangular pillows are very smelly and are not suitable to be given to visitors because they are very disturbing. This is very unpleasant. There are very annoying insects such as mosquitoes and cockroaches. Insect bites are very worrying because they last for days and cause itching, heat, small wounds, redness and swelling. Management needs to pay attention to this because it makes customers very uncomfortable. Internet (wifi): Very bad. For seven nights, only one day can be enjoyed using the internet. Even then, you have to be assisted by hotel guards (all of whom are not in uniform). Every time the cellphone (Samsung S24U) is turned on, the WiFi always asks for this sign which can only be done by officers. It seems the wifi is only suitable for local residents (+86). Another thing: Cleanliness really needs to be paid attention to, cockroach carcasses have not been cleaned for days.

Nice location with shopping mall just close by with plenty of places to eat. The subway station is also within walking distance.

Great location near close to MRT station. Walk distance to LIWAN ＆ SHANGXIAJIU. Many Local cuisine near hotel.

We reach the hotel at 10.30pm and was attended by a polite male staff( taller guy) at the receptionist counter. I ask him do you have wifi in the room , he said yes and told me his colleague (shorter guy)will help us log in to their wifi. Before we went up to our room I ask the taller guy when will his colleague come to help us do the wifi. To my surprised the shorter guy shouted at me and said HE WILL COME UPSTAIRS LATER!!

Hotel is too old, room is kind of sting like been vacant for quite some time. Railway gate is nearby but without signboard

Location is fantastic, in an old district. The male counter staff assisted us to book the High Speed Rail and he is very helpful.

The hotel location is perfect for vacation, I was there for business. Prices is good
