My experience at the hotel was wonderful staff was very good and the rooms are very nice and clean

It’s nice hotel. Very close to station. Has own Muslim Resturant inside hotel.

Stayed in this hotel for a total of 6 nights. I would say the location is convenient as it is near to the subway station, however the hotel walkways have cigarette smell, and they have so small spaces in the hotel room. Besides, the bathroom mirror would be transparent and visible to people outside. I would recommend to stay if you have limited budget for travel.

Loved the location and the price. The towel had a hole in it, although it was in a protective film, but it was okay. Also could hear the noise of neighbours and pipes and there was some smell on the floor,

The hotel was not clean & neat , we found cockroach in the hotel reception lobby. The rooms lobby also had a lot of dirt. The room was also not that clean & was very small as compared to the pictures shown. The staff was not very cooperative, instead the receptionist showed us attitude. They didn’t help us book a taxi. None of the staff knew English at all so the communication was very difficult. The overall experience was really bad here.

We booked a city-view room but were assigned to a room with a view of other rooms' windows, which of course is slightly cheaper. After a brief complaint, the receptionist moved us to the room we had originally booked. The location is close to a highway, but not so many restaurants around.

Not the best hotel. Very limited options for breakfast. No varieties . The only positive about my stay is the neighbourhood. Otherwise it’s not a top hotel.

The carpets in the hallway needs deep cleaning it’s awful. There’s no bidet in restroom. And also, there’s a used toothbrush placed on top of the restroom mirror.

Very good hotel. Receiotion staffs are cooperative.

I asked the front desk to book a taxi but they denied. Front staff service is totally not good

My second time come to this hotel.

Good place. 1st floor Halal Restaurant is tasty. Nice and welcoming receptionist.
