This is my second experience with Pullman airport hotel in GuangZhou. My experience is excellent. I have transit flight in GuangZhou 13hours. I got fee upgrade to business suite room....that super big and beautiful. King bed super comfortable and the restroom is so nice. quiet and you can enjoy a nice dream. Restaurant open 24hours and has fee transportation from hotel to T1/T2 terminal. Recommended if you looking for a place for the rest before the flight. 10/10 for this time.

The overall stay was good!but 2 beds 1 room was alot smaller than expected, lights are quite dim at night too. tv did not work 😭

Pros: This hotel is in a brilliant location for proximity to the airport. A 2 minute walk from T1.
Cons: the decor and facilities are tired and badly in need of a full renovation. The Executive Lounge is a meagre offering barely befitting the name.

Amazing service, contacted with Mr. Wang because i had a late check-in and an early flight next day. Everything excelent, 5 min walk from terminal 1, fast check-in, very confortable and clean room and next day had an amazing breakfast just before the free shuttle bus to terminal 2. This hotel is my favorite spot each time i have a late arrival or early flight in GZ.

Attentive staff always clean and tidy . The new wing we were put in was supposed to be non smoking but as always in most Guangdong hotels smokers are in the public space Not good Pullman ! Other than that good stay !

I often stay at this hotel due to my business trips. I’m happy with the service, varied breakfast, comfortable rooms, very large bathroom and beautiful view of the airport. Mr Jovan Huang often serves me at the lobby, always friendly and responsive, helps to resolve any issue, does it quickly and professionally. I'll be happy to come back again!

We had a couple of hours between our flights and decided to take Pullman hotel due to its location and since we had great experience in one of their Thailand hotels. It is only 5 minutes away from T2 by shuttle bus. Beds are comfortable. The room was too hot, probably 28 degrees C and cooling did not work.
There is a misinformation in mobile trip.com app that airport pick-up and drop-off should be reserved one day in advance (screenshot attached). Due to this we lost an hour trying to do it through the app and by contacting Pullman using contact information from the app. Person answering the phone did not speak English and even communication in Chinese went aside as manager assumed we are trying to get private transfer. Anyway, reservation is not required and transfer shuttle came on schedule.

Good location directly in the airport, could be a bit difficult to found depending on what terminal you arrive at. But all in all a great stay.
