Very good hotel, the Customer service was incredible! I love this hotel and if you do come to Guangzhou, make sure this is your first spot to stay! 5/5! 

Stuff don’t know good English. Check in process is very slow and time consuming. Breakfast is not good for Muslim people. Lots of pork dishes. Only Muslim can eat bread butter and jam. Hotel room is very good. Neat and clean. Subway station is 6 min from the hotel. Taxi driver standing infront of hotel and they disturbing hotel guests all the time.

Always stay at this hotel and the staff is very pleasant to work with, the manager Ben was extremely helpful in making my stay worthwhile and I did request for a change of room and he sorted it seamlessly.

I had a bad experience with one of the receptionist,I helped booked my client into this hotel,Only for me to go visit him with some foodstuffs and this rude guy at the front desk said he won’t let me go in because it’s late.That was so awful and embarrassing.This basically lead to a long argument my guest call him and told  him to allow me in yet this guys said it’s late to receive visitors in the hotel.likeeee??

Not recommended at all Not worth the price Reception staff is not very helpful and totally unprofessional attitude Hotel room is not so clean, public areas carpets stinks so bad.

This hotel is in the Baiyun district. An older part of the city but the hotel was good. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly especially Muw Muw. She went above and beyond. The highlight in Guangzhou was the Chen Clan Ancestral Hall.

The hotel is good in general, but the environment around the hotel is so crowd

I went to Cixi to visit our suppliers there. Hotel location was not bad. Staff were kind and Room was clean....

Home away from home

Convenient to take metro, there are many wholesales markets and Asian restaurants.

I’ve been staying over and over at this hotel for my visits in Guangzhou, it’s clean and very convenient. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Nice Hotel with great location. The Hotel is a good option at reasonable prices at the location, its near subway and plenty of food options nearby. The rooms are good and upgraded. Good Ambiance. Highly recommended for everyone.
