Enjoy my stay. Spacious and clean. Staff is friendly Especially this young gentleman by the surname of Liu who is friendly, approachable and helpful. Thank you.

There was no mini freeze,safety locker in the room.Nobody understands English..

This was our 1st time staying in Atours Hotel. We stayed for 4nights and we were impressed with the service provided by the team. Everyone in front desk was sincere, friendly, and helpful. The daily housekeeping does a great job by keeping the room clean and refill the mini-bar and amenities daily. They are thoughtful and gave us a late check out after knowing our flight was at midnight. The room was comfortable and clean with different types of pillow provided. The hotel provide laundry services for free (DIY). The hotel was near to metro Sanyuanli (blue line2) so it is convenient to go anywhere. The only cons will be the limited breakfast options.

The front line is helpful especially the young male who provide extra laundry services by taking the dirty clothes from our room and return 👍

All the staff are very helpful and friendly they always tried to help..tje location is very good, close to the mrtro and buses.

Staffs are very helpful. Hotel is a bit old & need some improvement. I have found 2 small cockroaches in the bathroom.

Close to Qinghai Muslim Restaurant

Every staff is very friendly and very helpful. The only one hotel that lets the customers (like on board of a cruise ship) to carry their coffee and food out of the restaurant.
