Experiência definitivamente decepcionante, mas os funcionários deram o seu melhor. O hotel está situado em um beco. Por engano, reservamos um quarto sem janela, mas duvido que a janela tivesse melhorado alguma coisa. O quarto estava sujo. O banheiro estava imundo. Fotografei bem no site, mas se meu GPS não tivesse “insistido” para que eu “chegasse”, nunca saberia que estava no local certo.

Eu classifico isso como um viajante visitando a Feira de Cantão. É conveniente caminhar até a Feira de Cantão, pois o tráfego de carros é ruim e o metrô fica apertado durante os horários de pico. A distância a pé é de cerca de 10 a 15 minutos apenas ao longo do rio. A equipe do hotel é muito simpática para oferecer café da manhã durante o período da Feira de Cantão. O hotel é limpo e a equipe da recepção é simpática. Não há muitas comodidades, mas vale o preço na minha opinião.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel during my visit to the Canton Fair. The customer service was amazing —staff went out of their way to make sure all my needs were met and were always available to assist with directions and recommendations. The breakfast offering was outstanding, with a wide variety of both Western and Chinese options to suit every taste. The hotel is conveniently located near the Canton Fair, making it very easy to get there within minutes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone attending the fair or visiting the area.

Very bad stay. Hotel is dirty, they have no laundry services, equipment is old. I don’t recommend.

This was a very Chinese low end hotel. The room was way too small and not so clean. Staff cleaned the rooms in the evenings or sometimes not. The aircon wasn’t working. The location is close to Canton Fair which we were there for so needed a place for two to three weeks.
