Propriedades Atour em Guiyang

We had a fantastic stay at GuiYang Atour. Besides a very hospitable reception from the front desk, we must mention the remarkable facilities offered by the hotel: The free washer & dryer facility which is self service but also has assistance if you don't have time to wait. Vacancy of washer & dryer is also shown on TV in the room. It will be good if Atour can also provide local weather forecast on TV. Atour also provides free porridge & dumplings for supper. All their staff whether at the front desk or at the cafe or cleaners are very friendly and helpful. Also a pleasant surprise that there is coffee machine in the library! We will definitely come back to this hotel if we visit GuiYang again

My family of three stayed four nights at this hotel in early September of 2025 and enjoyed every moment. The hotel is at a perfect location, right next to a large shopping mall with numerous restaurants. It is close to a subway station, a tourism hot spot ( “White House”) for photos, and not far from the north high speed railway station. The hotel rooms are clean, comfortable; they are all above 48 floor with beautiful view of the city. The staff are extremely friendly. The breakfasts are simple, but delicious. The hotel also provides free evening snacks between 9:30 and 11:00 pm. A highly recommended place to stay in this beautiful city.

設施：設施很新，進門就讓人眼前一亮，周圍交通方便，吃喝玩樂的地方也多，房間設施設備也特別齊全，有小冰箱，冰箱裏麪還有亞朵飲料，可樂，和亞朵餅乾，都是免費使用的特別棒！房間還有體重秤，真的太細節了，贊👍🏻 衞生：衞生乾淨整潔，尤其是房間衞生特別乾淨，犄角旮旯的地方都特別乾淨一塵不染的，特別舒適，房間也很安靜，一覺睡到自然醒。 環境：環境沒得説看下面的圖片，天氣比較好，還看到了彩虹🌈，太讚了 服務：服務特別好，無論是前台，還是保潔阿姨到廚房阿姨，服務都特別好，遇到都會熱心的打招呼，像家一樣温暖，後續再來貴陽還會選擇再次入住的。

simple but tastefully decorated. Super clean, adequately sized room. This is our 4th time staying in the ATour chain of hotels & it's always reliable for reasonably priced rooms with modern deco. The staircases were convolutedly locked though as I misplaced my card key & couldn't get to the correct level. Very centrally located beside the main food street, 青云市集.

I love staying at this Atour and am a returning customer. They offer excellent service - their staff went all the way out to assist all our queries. Thanks for the great stay!

1. Located just opposite Guiyang West Yan'an Bus station, which is convenient for tourist to take coach to propular attractions like Huangguoshu Waterfall, Zhenyuan Ancient Town, XiJiangQianHu Miao Village.. etc. 2. Surrounded with many local food stalls 3. Metro line #2 and 3 just short distance away 4. Hotel staff looks busy at all time, even though there is no guest there 5. Free coffee and tea served at the reception area, many times either the coffee machine is out of water or out of milk which make things frustrated especially when you are in the hurry and the hotel staff are busy 6. Free laundry service : 4 washers & 4 dryers 7. Hotel also provide supper from 2130 to 2300 8. Room size is slightly below my expectation. The advertisement photo shows 1 can of free soft drink and 2 bottles tea drinks in the mini fridge for my room type, somehow it's not the case. When I asked the hotel staff, the respond was soft drink/bottle tea drinks will not be provided for my room type, but they can provide to me if I insist of having it. I told the guy NO if my booking does not have it, instead I asked the staff to feedback to the Management to remove the photo away as not to mislead the Customer 9. Did not purchase their breakfast and so unable to comment much 10. The gym area looks ok This is my 1st time staying in ATour will a little disappointment in their service. However, I will not rude them out!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its amenities, delicious supper and breakfast (particularly the egg fried rice!), takeaway coffee, unlimited supply of drinking water, comfy beds and pillows, and the room upgrade! One can tell the effort put in by the hotel to make sure guests feel at home. On an extremely rare occasion, we actually stayed until the check-out time of 2:00 pm. There’s no supermarket but a convenience store nearby.
