Lavande Hotel (Haifeng Phoenix New City)

I stayed here for one night while visiting my wife's hometown. When I arrived to check in, the front desk staff seemed shy and intimidated. I'm a foreigner, and I think their English was very limited. They only spoke to my wife and never really looked at me. The room was very modern, in fact, a bit too modern. Everything was automated, even the curtains. I spent 10 to 15 minutes trying to figure out how everything worked. Unfortunately, the section of the city where the hotel is located experienced several power failures while I was there. Whenever the power went out and came back on, my automated room would reset to the default settings. I also found several hairs and what appeared to be a spot of blood on one of my pillows. Finding that made me question the cleanliness of my room. Ultimately, I decided to check out a day early and relocate to another hotel down the road, where I had a much better experience. 很不錯的一個酒店，房間裏面有音樂調控，可以一邊洗澡一邊聽英文歌！所有的工作人員每天都保持微笑對客！行李太多，前台服務員在我進門前就出來幫我拿行李了，每次到前台都會有熱茶特別給力！周圍交通非常便利，房間乾淨整潔，床很軟很舒服，酒店外賣有機器人送餐。早餐不錯，種類豐富。有免費停車場很方便。出門200米左右就有一條步行街，吃的買的都有，非常方便，總體來説環境不錯！

前台服務員原來換了很多人，差不多都沒一個認識的。不過服務態度都沒變，證明公司培訓得不錯。很值得推薦的一家酒店。

酒店不錯，設施都挺新的，停車也方便，遺憾的是充電樁少，我就看到兩個，還是慢充，一直有車停在充電位上。下樓看了兩三回，放棄在酒店充電了。 洗澡一出水就伴隨着有音樂🎶挺好聽的。

進去時候衞生間是濕的 其他可以 就是窗比較小 很壓抑 附近沒什麼 設施可以 有健身房 check in時候可以拿禮物

房間大小還算OK 很乾凈衞生 睡得很舒服 前台小姐姐的態度都好好哦 樓下可以拍照打卡 早餐也還不錯的 很滿意

酒店位置不錯，有地下停車庫，有充電停車位。雅緻大床房窗户很小。早餐簡單營養，還有咖啡、牛奶、豆漿。前台有免費雪糕
