Holiday Inn Express HANGZHOU EAST STATION by IHG

Room was clean and neat, service was excellent. Front desk pre-packed all my parcels into a bag, saved me the trouble from looking through all the parcels one by one! Definitely recommended!

This was an extremely unpleasant stay. The hotel is extremely outdated and filthy, as if no one has maintained it at all. There were greasy stains all over the desk, the carpet was heavily soiled, and even the toilet paper in the bathroom hadn’t been restocked. I seriously doubt if housekeeping ever cleaned the room properly. I would strongly advise against booking here! Its location is also terrible, being much farther from the railway station than advertised.

Definitely worth okace to stay, the service, the fast check in, the room everything is perfect its basically located outside the mall so you can basically find anything there, and close the the fast railway station,

Location near the railway station, good service by receptionist, variety breakfast menu.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable, with excellent facilities. A special thanks to Cathy at the reception, who kindly allowed us to check in earlier, which made our trip much more convenient. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The location is also very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hangzhou—I would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
