the room has window but also feel quiet even outside is the street. good location, 5mins walking to the lake. also good faciluties for the air condition and the showering.

This is the great hotel with best location. The staff is super friendly and helpful with local tour information. We stayed there for e night and got free room upgrade. Nothing is to complain about the hotel; very clean room which is cleaned up daily, staffs are happy all the time, tours and bus tickets available,... and we can leave the luggage there when we took the over night trips to Halong and HaGiang

This is one of my best hotels in Hanoi Vietnam. The Rooms are very nice and clean. The staffs are amazing who always greet each time they see us. We booked 3 rooms and stayed 4 nights. Mrs Spring offered us with a free airport transfer. Amazing care. Thanks a million!

We booked 3 rooms and stayed for 4 nights. We are all very happy with our choice since the hotel has the best location. The rooms are.auper clean. The staff are so nice and friendly who were happy any time seeing their guests. Amazing place to stay in Hanoi

Totally agree that this is a super nice hotel who provides you with a comfortable stay. Nice, new, clean, convenient location from where you can walk to shops, bars, arms, night market. .. especially the staffs who were super friendly. So happy there

Our group of 12 people traveling to Vietnam for 3 week time. We booked 6 rooms at Kingdom Hotel and also our trips to Ninh Binh with them. The tour was really nice and well organized. We got such amazing time because we chose the best hotel in Hanoi...

Stayed for 1 night and booked our trip to Ninh Binh. Great location with super nice helpful staffs. So happy that we chose thus pretty hotel. We will be back soon and come back there to stay longer. Miss you already Kingdom Hotel Hanki. Thanks for such amazing services !

This is a nice hotel in the centre of Hanoi Old Quarter. The room is kept clean everyday. The staffs are amazing and the services are number one too. I stayed for 7 nights and very happy there. Best of my trip and happy to recommend this charming place to all of my friends coming to Hanoi
