The hotel stay has been a great experience. We were served by Quynh Anh and she was very thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant and bar staff were also great and went out of their way to make us comfortable.

We had a terrific stay at La Siesta! The service was wonderful and they gave complimentary welcome drinks and snacks to everyone checking in. I was worried the no window would be uncomfortable but it was not a problem at all and actually a very comfortable room to stay in! I will definitely come back again if I come back to Hanoi 😊

Hotel is perfectly located, in the old quarter. The room is clean, beautiful and big and the staff is really nice and helpful. I totally recommend it if you wanna stay and visit Hanoi for a few days.

i don’t think the hotel deserves to be called premium or luxury. had high expectations, especially given the price point, however nothing lived up to the brand name. the room was small, doesnt have many amenities. overall dont recommend

It was my first time in Vietnam and Hanoi, and it was the perfect stay! We stayed for 2 nights, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room and facilities are clean and well-maintained. Breakfast selection was great too! Surprisingly, they serve very good Pho in their breakfast buffet too!

Fantastic hotel thank you so much for looking after us all! Stayed with 3 x boys aged 12-16 and had a great time. Excellent location right in the middle of all the Old Quarter action - walking distance to most things we wanted to see. Restaurant on top floor is excellent and a really good breakfast too! Great team looked after us all very well for the week we were there.

They serve really good coffee. Location is near old quarter and room is not very noisy.

I recently stayed at La Siesta Classic Hang Thung for one night, and honestly, it wasn't enough! Hotel Property: 1. The hotel's location is great. It's right in the middle of Hanoi's Old Quarter, so you can easily walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and enjoy the lively atmosphere. 2. What's cool is that the hotel is only two months old and it looks amazing. The rooms are a good size, and the modern design is Instagram-worthy. It's pretty impressive they even squeezed in a pool in the middle of the tight Old Quarter spaces. Service 1. We got to the hotel really early from Sapa, and our rooms weren't ready, but Mr. VP at the front desk was super nice. He went out of his way to arrange a shower for us. It was a real help to get us cleaned up from the long train ride. 2. I accidentally booked a room for 3 persons when there was only 2 of us. Mr.VP immediately noticed it and upgraded us to a junior suite without us knowing. That was a pleasant surprise and definitely made our day. The Not-So-Great Stuff: There were a couple of small issues that could have made the overall experience even better. 1. We asked for more water and ice around 9 pm, but they never brought it. Eventually, we went out and buy water, and reminded the front desk to send some ice to the room. But even after reminding the front desk personally, no ice came all night. 2. Food at breakfast was good, but the service could he better. When we wanted to sit by the window, the server insisted that we sit at another table. She rolled her eyes at me when I told her that we prefer to sit by the window. She then cleared our table quite unwillingly. She just changed the cutlery but did not replace the used placemats. We didn't bother her after that as she seemed annoyed. But despite these minor hiccups, I'd definitely recommend La Siesta Classic Hang Thung to anyone looking for a great stay in Hanoi. It's a lovely place with pretty and clean rooms and lovely front desk staff.

Great hotel in a good location, the staff is excellent and the breakfast is quite rich.
