Hotel was located away from the hectic street of food and coffee shops, friendly receptionist. Relaxing stay with projector to netflix and chill in peace

1. The hotel is new and clean. 2. The staff are friendly and helpful. 3. The room is spaces and clean. 4. Reasonable price. 5. The spa is good, relaxing at affordable price within the premise. 6. The room cames with simple cooking equipment like microwave, cutlery and etc. Suitable for a family trip especially. 7. Within waking distance to the center of the Old Quarter.

Loved the hotel and entrance through a spa makes it smell amazing each time coming from the outside chaos. Staff were very polite and helpful.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel while traveling alone, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Despite being a small hotel, the room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious and spotlessly clean. The location is absolutely perfect, situated conveniently close to a vibrant night market and several popular travel spots. It made exploring the local area a breeze and added so much convenience to my trip. One of the highlights of my stay was the projector in the room. It added a unique and exciting touch to my evenings and truly made my stay memorable. It definitely made my heart race with joy! Additionally, the room came with a fully equipped kitchen. This was incredibly useful as I could easily prepare simple meals, like noodles—haha! It’s such a thoughtful amenity for travelers who prefer the option to cook. Furthermore, the staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel very welcome. Overall, I had an outstanding experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone. Full marks from me!

LITERALLY THE BEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!! I LOVED THE PERSONAL TOUCH WITH THE LETTER! it had all the amenities plus more!! The staff are sooooo friendly and they offered us tea and candies ❤❤❤❤ loved it!!! Will definitely only come here if I come to visit again

2nd purchase for this hotel. Im arrived late nite, and got upgraded room. Bigger room suite for 4 people haha. A bit awkward for me alone but still love it. It has balcony, so not too soundproof. But thats not a problem! This area is quieter compared to the busy center old center. Recommended!

It was a comfortable and awesome stay with a very convenient spa and massage service in the same building. Staffs are friendly and stay was good.

Overall, me and my family enjoyed our stay!! It’s just that the towels are to fragrant for me since I do have a sinus allery Otherwise, highly recommend to stay in this place, very accessible to food places, convenient stores and if you want a massage, just dial to their front desk to make a reservation They can also give you recommendations on the places to dine Hopefully, you will offer breakfast as well in the future😊

Disappointed- never did check out Vietnam. Tix booked and hotel and applied for the visa. The govt rejected the visa as they did not recognize this hotel as a legitimate place to stay. Not sure what was going on - it was too late to revise it so had to forgo the air tix and hotel. Hotel would not refund us.

The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring.What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made me feel very welcomed and valued as a guest.In summary, my stay at Brilliant Nature and Suites Hotel was fantastic. The combination of a prime location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service made for a memorable visit. It's quite a new hotel and you can really tell they're making a great effort. The room was pristine and spacious. The staff were super friendly and helpful. And I highly recommended getting a massage there.
