We stayed one night at the Hampton Inn & Suites Bethlehem and, overall, we did not have a good experience. The air conditioning did not work in the room (we had it turned down to 65, the unit only ran intermittently, and the temperature never went below 74. When we showered in the morning, there was no shampoo in the dispenser. The television remote was terrible. There is no way to get an on-screen menu with the available channels and there is no way to change the input if you want to stream something from your own computer (even though there is an HDMI input on the back of the TV). The breakfast, honestly, was below average in food quality. And, as long as I'm whining, the toilet paper holder in the bathroom did not even hold the paper, the entire roll would come off the holder. Overall, not a good experience and we will not be staying at this hotel in the future. When I pointed out the air conditioner, shampoo, and TV remote issues when we were checking out, the person at the desk did not even apologize for our bad experience. Oh well.
