Propriedades Atour em Harbin

A newly built hotel from Atour, it's very clean. The hotel room is very spacious and comes with a long sofa which is very good for us. Their buffet is normal but still acceptable for the food, though the food variety is not too much. Will come here again if l ever come to Harbin next time.

The room was spacious and bright, elegant furnished and the bed and pillow was soft and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and tidy. The shower water was very hot or cold (difficult to adjust to warm). The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. The hotel is located at Quali, 6km to the city centre. Better for self drive traveler. However, it is good to avoid the congested traffic at Central Street.

Throughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a very thoughtfully laid and maintained place. The rooms are snug, very quiet, modern, clean. The common areas are inviting with a study, lounge and a great little laundry where the staff will help you. Breakfast is great and there's even late night porridge on the house. It's seriously more fun and comfortable than five star hotels I have stayed in. Also very convenient next to subway and close to shopping. The staff are super.

This hotel just remind me japanese hotel with its cleanliness, neat, practice and you get everything you need when travel. More value because the room also big. Washing machine n dryer was so good. The front desk so kind. Free water bottle as many you need. And zhongyang street just next to it.

房間整潔 離中央大街的士車程不算遠。旅遊旺季我覺得這家性價比非常高！最值得一讚的是房間溫度可以調控。我今次去東北在不同地點住過五家住宿，這家是我覺得溫度最舒服最讓我滿意的！

Had very good experience in the hotel for my family trip during their popular season in winter! The staff are very friendly which really impressed me. I ordered some famous yogurt to hotel before arriving the hotel. Without any notifications, the staff helped me to keep in the fridge as they noticed that it’s yogurt inside the box. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻I left some kids winter clothes in the room as I dun need them anymore after the trip. The staff also called me to double confirm whether they r unwanted or forgotten. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is quite yummy too! Will definitely stay again in my next China trip!

This is a well designed hotel and had everything I needed for my stay in Harbin. My room was comfortable, and I appreciated the bottles of water provided every day. The humidifier in the room helped lessen the effect of the air conditioning, which can be drying when staying for a while. The hotel also provides very useful extras such as alcohol wipes in the room everyday. I had food delivered to my room via robot which was interesting! The only thing I missed in my room was a fridge and they only provided tea and not coffee in the room. The facilities at the hotel are good, I used the gym which is small but provides weights, a running machine, mats, resistance bands etc. There is also a laundry room which is well stocked with detergent, softener and disinfectant as well as tumble dryers and ironing facilities. The hotel is only a short walk or drive from a big mall if you need to go to the supermarket or grab a coffee at Starbucks.

真的太驚喜了！入住這家酒店五分店，從進門開始就感受到滿滿的誠意。大堂乾淨敞亮，一點異味都沒有，走廊的地毯也平整乾淨，完全沒有灰塵碎屑。房間裏更是細節拉滿，床單被套潔白無瑕，衞生間的枱麪、馬桶、淋浴間都擦得鋥亮，連地漏都沒有一點污垢。設施也很新，床墊軟硬度剛好，洗漱用品的品質在線，熱水來得快還恆温。服務人員更是熱情周到，有求必應，全程笑臉相迎。這次入住體驗滿分，下次來還選這家！
