Had a very normal stay, Restaurant 1 /5, Stay 3/5, Rooms 3/5, Ambiance 2/5, Amenities 2/5, Room Service 3/5 We stayed for 2 nights, we had 3 rooms. 1 Canary and 2 Sparrow rooms. Canary room had a good balcony. No drinking water available in rooms during checkin. Between approximately 70-80 guests they hardly had 3 people serving them creating chaos. Didnt receive food for 1 hour as they had forgot our order. Aslo serving repeat rotis took them 15+ mins each time leaving parents with cold sabji each time. No comb / dental kit present in bathrooms. When you order outside food through Zomato to be consumed in your rooms they deny it to be received. I had to fight my way out, firstly they didnt prepare our food on time for 90 minutes in hotels resturant and I had to leave with empty stomach and when we ordered from outside they denying it to be received. Next things they have not advertised so its not a wrong thing from their side but just for peoples info this hotel doesnt have a SPA or Swimming Pool or Kids Play area. Room service was good though, boys used to run around and get things delivered in time. For Laundry service : Pickup is in morning and delivery in evening, so you if you checkin in afternoon and expect things to get by evening it wont be possible. Again it's their standard rule so can't comment on this - this piece of info too is just for peoples info,. Rooms were clean. Property too was clean. A bit older property hence you wont find superb ambiance, a normal older hotel kind of feeling you should have. Overall I would rate it 2 out of 5. Price was it was ok, food taste too was ok.
