Premier Inn Harlow East (Church Langley)

We had a 5* stay here bed very comfortable room very clean and was well stocked of tea and coffee in the room. receptionists Suzanne was great very welcoming :) would definitely stay again with the experience we have had at this premier inn thank you again

Lovely hotel that was fresh and clean. Sheets and towels lovely and soft. Staff friendly especially Dawoo D who gave me a warm welcome. Nice quiet location I had very early start for work but hotel and surroundings were quiet so I got a great sleep. Thank you

Stayed at the Premier Inn for a few days for a family event. Rooms were very well kept and clean. Congratulations to the cleaning staff who were friendly and always offered a smile. Dawood at the reception was particularly attentive and assisted our large family group in numerous manners. Dawood had a very professional and personal approach which we all greatly appreciated. Well done Dawood and thank you again for everything!

Hotel room is well organised and clean , Receptionist Suzzane is very all smile, helpful and very accomodating . Lots of space in the Carpark and walking distance to a restaurant and Tesco Superstore. I'll book again for my next business trip.

Situated within a retail park with various outlets inc Tesco. Large car park which is used at peak times by parents dropping off and collecting their children from the local school (avoid 8.00am – 9.00am and 3.00pm!). The car park is free for guests at the Premier Inn. Make sure you enter your reg no at reception when you arrive. Check in was straight forward and the staff member was friendly and helpful. He suggested we took advantage of the breakfast and dinner offer for just £26.99pp. We had booked the breakfast @ £10.99pp online, but for an additional £16pp it included two courses and a free drink (subject to supplements on what you choose). The bar & restaurant next door was large & airy. The staff were friendly and hard working. The choice of food was vast and well prepared. Our room was on the ground floor overlooking the car park. It was quiet at night and the blackout curtains worked a treat. Everything was clean and in working order. We visited the RSPB nature reserve, Rye Meads, during our stay which is very close. As long as the existing high standards are maintained, we would recommend this Premier Inn and the adjoining restaurant.

A good overnight stay at the Harlow East Premier Inn. Great overnight stay, clean and quiet, the staff on reception (Dawood) were very helpful and pleasant. The car park spaces were good and also a practical size. This was great, Thank You..
