Even with a change in our travel plans, the friendly hotel staff got us fixed up. Parking was easy, there were restaurants close by, the staff were all very pleasant, and we had a comfortable bed. I also enjoy the Dove products provided in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was ample, tasty and filling. I would definitely stay at this location again.

This is a solid hotel, a little bit on the older side, with a little wear-and-tear in the rooms and bathrooms, but overall clean and in good shape. My only complaint comes in that there were two people on their computers for several hours on speaker in the middle of the breakfast area, conducting business. They were using that area as a business center. It was really quite obnoxious, and nobody at the front desk asked them to vacate or suggested they go someplace else. So they had loud conference calls (on speaker) and their computers open on a breakfast table, literally all morning. I would hope the front desk would direct them toward some sort of business center instead. The holiday decorations were adorable! I like how these chains differentiate themselves with holiday decorations or other whimsical elements. As always, there is coffee out throughout the day. There’s a swimming pool but not a hot tub. The person at the front desk said he really wished there were a hot tub as well! We asked if there were waters in the room, and he told us just to grab a couple of waters out of the refrigerator near the front desk. That was nice. This is a solid stop on the way to Purdue to see our son. We would stay again. As always, the price-point of this chain is really very good.

Room was clean and nice . Bathroom was good . Our issue was the paper thin walls and unsupervised teenagers that were left to slam doors and yell until midnight and no staff put a stop to it.Did not eat the free breakfast because since non of us slept for more then three hrs all night we got on the road home very early.

This was a nice, decent location, very solid Holiday Inn Express experience. I'd stay there again. It was just annoying that I could hear the water flow when the room above me flushed their toilet...

We made our reservations a year ago for two rooms for graduation weekend. I confirmed the reservations a few weeks before. Got there, gave the woman at the desk our reservation number, and she said she didn't have anything. I told her I made the reservations a year ago on ***********. She said, "Oh, we always have trouble with them." They had no other rooms because it was graduation weekend, and she couldn't have cared less. No apology. Nothing but a shrug and a smug smile. I will never book through *********** again, but I will also never book with a Hilton property. I have no time for rude people.

Two times staying here both Excellent! Faculty a pleasure to talk too! Accommodation Clean and up to date! Safe feeling Clean and Many options breakfast bar! Beds, Perfect! Parking lot needs redone but that does not matter in overall stay.

I picked this hotel because it was about half way between Brookville, IN and the Cincinnati Airport, and have IHG rewards. I had a 1 king room on the 3rd floor (326). Pictures of the room & bathroom are attached. The room was plain, clean & comfortable! The breakfast buffet is what you would expect at an Holiday Inn express- and included egg omelet, sausage, bacon, potatoes, fruit, juice, cereal, coffee, etc. A picture of the buffet and the eating area are attached. The common use computer set-up in the lobby keyboard didn’t work, so couldn’t print my boarding passes. But the young lady let me email them to her from my phone and printed them for me. The phone in the room didn’t work either, but I would only have used it to get a wake-up call- set my phone and the alarm clock in the room - so no problem.

OMG love this hotel it's my home away from home it was close to my house had work going on in my house had to stay the night didn't wanna leave the lady at desk was so sweet and professional she put a smile on my face and my daughter to she took care of everyone love her
