Royale De' Casa Resort Kaziranga

While the name "Royal De Casa" may evoke a sense of grandeur and elegance, my personal experience with this establishment has been far from satisfactory. I had arranged accommodations for two rooms to host my guests, who were traveling with their children and had specific requirements regarding their hotel stay. After reviewing the hotel personally and having a look at the the website my guest.were pleased to proceed with a booking at Royal De Casa. The reservation was confirmed, and a token amount was duly paid to secure our stay. However, merely one day before the scheduled check-in on March 28th, 2024, I received communication from Mr. Ankan Rajguru Phukan, the Manager of Sales & Marketing. He regretfully informed me that due to an electrical issue in Block A of the property, our guests would not be able to check in as planned. Initially, I accepted this explanation; however, further investigation revealed that there was more to the story. It came to my attention through a reliable source in Kaziranga that Royal De Casa had chosen to prioritize a corporate event over existing reservations, leading them to cancel multiple bookings—including mine—without adequate notice or compensation. This experience has left me deeply concerned about the reliability of this establishment. Therefore, I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering bookings with Royal De Casa. It is regrettable that such an impressive name does not correspond with dependable service or customer care. As for myself, I will certainly refrain from recommending this hotel to any future guests; moreover, as of now, no refund has been processed for our canceled reservation.

I recently visited this place with my family and had a very bad experience. The is place is totally overhyped and overpriced. They call themselves as a 4 star resort but the truth is it's below 2 stars. The order took forever to be served and also the order was served incorrectly. The food was full of food colour. Also it did not have any taste. What really pissed us off the most was that there were multiple power cuts while we were having our lunch. In that hot and humid weather, it was really difficult for us to eat. I am unable to understand how can there be power cuts in such a resort. We as customers do we pay their overpriced bills to eat terrible food that too in such heat without AC?? Moreover when I paid online for my order they said without checking that they have not received the money and because of which I paid again using my card and I also told them to check again and refund me if I had paid twice. They confirmed me that I had paid only once the next day. Later on after a week while checking my transactions I realised that I have paid them twice. I had to follow up with them multiple times to get my money back. Overall it was a very bad experience!

Nice hotel , a brand new one. with spacious rooms and balcony, just opposite to the orchid garden great restaurant. Awesome stay with family. however, few things to be taken care off 1) Less housekeeping staffs , as compared to the property size, they were busy in maintaining outdoor look rather than timely housekeeping the rooms. My room was not cleaned even after mentioning them . 2) Insects, spiders are big issue there. As I went with my kids they got scared at night because of big spider inside bathroom, beetles, crickets and many small flies inside the room.

We were here for two nights in March 2024, and loved the new property. Everything was tastefully done, and since the property was just six months or so old, there were no issues of wear and tear. However, some teething troubles are there...unfinished parts, construction going on, none of it is soothing to the eye. The staff is good, as is the food. I will love to revisit this place once it is complete --- with the pool and the bar and other (intended) restaurants. The unfinished wood work was an eyesore....wish they had given me a room which did not have this. But I did not mind, really, given everything else.

Royale de Casa, a hotel with Classy Ambiance and facilities. All rooms have Balconies. The Rooms have ample space and well furnished (they mean it). By seeing one can say that the Owner / Management has given their best while building this property. It's situated on the Highway and just a kilometer away from "KOHRA" range. I feel this is the Best Hotel in Kaziranga now and they have left their competitors far behind.

We stayed in this Beautiful Resort during our visit to the North East. This Resort is very new with all the modern amenities & facilities. Staff were very professional & helpful. It's a huge property near the Highway. Food and services are just Wow. We did the Jungle Safari and they picked us up and dropped us back to the Resort. We will definitely visit this Resort on our Upcoming trip to the North East and also suggest our friends & family to visit and stay in this Wonderful Resort.
