Strategic location right in the heart of the town. Did not get breakfast but there is a supermart within walking distance and managed to get some sundries. Railway station just beside the hotel but was not noisy. Room sound proofing is very effective. A Burger King restaurant attached to the railway station. Room and bed are comfortable. Good ambience. Parking garage is shared with Intercity Hotel and does get a bit confusing because there designated zones. Spaces are limited. So, good luck with finding a spot.

離火車站非常近，房間因為新有些味道。總體設施不錯，房間有點侷促。但價格適中。因為是公寓酒店，所以一般不打掃。步行到老街大約30分鐘。

多謝前台服務員為我們升級至套房， 可以小型煮食， 位置在火車站旁邊， 有welcome drink， 有洗衣機可以洗衫

房間很新很乾凈，周邊很安靜，離火車站也很近。就是酒店新的到離開的時候都沒有拿到房卡，全是服務員親身帶開房門😅還好衹住一晚。

新開的酒店，硬件相當不錯，裏面的用品全新，質量也不錯，價格也比周圍略便宜。但缺點是管理有待提高，入住和退房都花了很長時間，服務員不會英語，連住了三天中間沒人打掃，也不更換物品。有部分設施還沒完工

剛開業的公寓酒店，廚房設施一應俱全，還有免費膠囊咖啡供應，多住幾天都沒有難度。酒店離海德堡中央車站非常近，十分方便。

房間很乾凈，前台服務專業，離火車站比較近。 推薦入住這個連鎖酒店。

Excellent located brand new hotel outside Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof, in a decent area. Perfect for tram or bus into Heidelberg altstadt or Schloss in 5 minutes or so. Hotel is new opened in July 2024 and we stayed November 2024. Rooms are on the smaller side in terms of kitchenette area but are finished to a high standard with all items you need, beds are hard which we found to be excellent. External soundproofing is excellent. Internal soundproofing couple of issues as the large self close bedroom/stairwell doors are heavy and slam loudly shut. Shower temperature found impossible to regulate one minute perfect, next freezing or scoulding!! The main issue was the room temperature, when we checked in the temp in the room on the air conditioning* control panel was 26.2. Uncomfortable to say the least, the control unit would not allow any temperature movement and the vent in the room was not blowing. Upon querying this with reception we were told to switch the control unit off as there is no air conditioning and to open the patio door the inch or so it allows to cool the room! Hardly acceptable, but there we are. simply way too warm/hot. We self catered so did not use the small breakfast area, but it always seemed busy. Without the shower and air condition issues this would been a excellent base in Heidelberg, particularly if arriving by train or using Heidelberg as a base.

It was recently renovated and has a lot of nice things. there is a laundry room to wash your clothes it is 1-3 euro per machine for washing clothes and drying. The property has a studio and 1 bedroom apartment. In studio, only two people can stay. It has a nice kitchen with a dishwasher to cook food. The breakfast is good and has a lot of options. The parking is on site.

The hotel had little parking, (therefore was unavailable for anyine) , fridge does not work and is not near the heart of Heidelberg The service team is poor and just blames management I requested my money back as the fridge wasn’t back and the service team could not deal with it and I had to wait till tomorrow

Newly Opened Hotel with great staff. Prime location, if you are travelling by train. Breakfast was really good, with a wide choice of sausages and cheeses, spreads and cereal. Beds where very good, with hard mattresses (not everyone likes it, but if you have back issues it is the best to sleep hard)! Lighting at the bedhead a bit weird. Design should be rethought. You need two switches to switch that on. Maintenance needed to come by and show me :D :D We are planning a tour along the Neckar for next year and will definetely stay over again.

Direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof und damit Tram und Busse in alle Richtungen vor der Nase. Gut ausgestattet und feste Matratzen. Das Personal am Empfang hat so seine Probleme. Oft liegt es leider am Ausdruck, und führt zu Missverständnissen.
