Very comfortable, new, beautiful, quite, near the airport ( a few minutes in a taxi). Kiki the admin is super nice and willing to help with any request, like a restaurant recommendation near by, a taxi company for booking a pick up at 3am. Highly recommended!

families looking to use the local airport and overnight flights. Extremely flexible, kind and considerate staff member (Kiki) who helped us settle in. Convenient open air restaurant downstairs for brunch which was delicious. We had pancakes and club sandwiches on the veranda.

I couldn’t fault it, it is absolutely amazing more than I expected. The interior design is amazing and professionally done, bathroom design gave me ideas for our new home. It’s near shops but having a car is a must, Crete is one large and beautiful island. The restaurant outside is amazing and we also found a great cafe down the road which had great food.

A new boutique hotel which is an ideal choice for families. Is in the outskirts of Heraklio but very near. Excellent decoration, beds and rooms. Modern fully equipped rooms that have everything for travelers and families A value for money choice

Comfort, Clean and a very good Breakfast, perfect for vacation or job travel! Not far away from the city! Modern architecture and rooms design! Very polite and friendly people! I will recommend the place to visit in the future! The traditional food in Creta is amazing!

We love our stay. In reallity we book for other two periods. Really worth it. The communications was perfect. The room has all the facillities and it was well decorated. I strungle recomend it if you are looking for a city hotel.

Great location and suite for the family vacation. Had everything we expected - enough space, high quality rooms, clean, appliances available. Great service and breakfast in the cafe. Comfortable check-in. Would recommend for a family stay!

We just stayed here we were sold it as a four star hotel. It is an apartment, we were told there was a restaurant and spa. There was not. We were told there was 24 hour reception there was not. It is not in the heart of the city it is in a dusty busy worn down part of the city on a busy noisy road. The balcony looks over a busy road where you can sit and watch the cars and lorries go past breathing in the fumes and we were in the quiet part. Our bins were overflowing and we ended up using used damp and dirty towels. There was no where to sit outside the room other than a wooden bench outside the entrance door. The restaurant was a separate business and although the food was nice it was three times the price of the restaurants in the city square. The spa was a separate business two blocks down from the hotel. The road ways and pavements were unsafe to walk on. We booked in for two weeks we were glad to leave after changing our flights. If you are on business and have no interest in leisure then it will be fine for a one or two day stop over. Otherwise steer clear. It is not a three star hotel it is an apartment block in an area which is run down with skips and bins lining the pavements. The busses are irregular and sometimes just don’t run. The entrance door was left open most of the day inspite of a notice to keep it closed at all times. Anyone could walk into this building any time of the day.
