The doorman, the bed making staff, and the front desk staff were fine. The doorman in particular was always smiling and pleasant. The problem was the restaurant staff and the maintenance staff. First, the maintenance staff was a small, short-haired man with glasses. First of all, he never smiled. Right after I checked in after a long trip, the battery of safety box in the room was dead and I couldn't use it, but he didn't even say sorry, and when I asked how to use it, he seemed annoyed. Also, even though I was tired and resting in my room after 6pm, he was vacuuming the hallway in front of my room, so I got up and went out to the hallway because it was too noisy, but he didn't even say sorry. Next, the restaurant staff. They didn't smile or greet me at the breakfast venue where you start a new day. Even when I greeted them, they didn't return the greeting. I've never experienced hotel staff that make you feel so bad in the morning. It's a big problem that they can't say good morning with a smile at the breakfast venue where you start a new day. The restaurant staff and the young staff were very smiling and pleasant. But the cook in particular was the worst. There was no hospitality mindset, which is important for hotel staff, or rather as a person. The next day after I told the hotel about it, only one staff member improved. The cook was the worst. Hopefully it will be improved next time.
