Otis Millennium Saigon Balcony Apartment

Terrible and to be avoided at all cost. Where to start. We are 3 friends travelling around so chose this complex as larger style apartment and a bit more space. Unfortunately though, EVERYTHING was disappointing. 1. Policing the pool and crazy rules. Must wear shirt, must have shower, must dry off and not wear towel when leaving. They have one super rude staff member and even security at the pool..honestly, in all my travels, never come across this craziness.. 2. You don't actually check into reception and instead need to meet stuff there..not only did they not turn up when requested they also asked to take payment the next day. Once again, no sign of them at the allocated time. Tried calling the contact I had, emailing etc, but the guy refused my calls and then said sorry, the staff are enjoying time with family.. deliver on why you say, or don't say it... He then said we were in a meeting, and that was more important than my complaint..really????OMG talk about horrific service. 3. Netflix is in another language, so unusable. The room, which was supposed to have been renovated 18 months ago was very tired and had a lot of owners personal affects all over the place.. that's the start of the issues, but hopefully gives you a huge idea of the problems. If I could give 0 I would ..AVOID at all costs
