Resposta da propriedade: Dear to all potential guests, Our check in time is after 2pm, we tried to contact them in advance but they never said anything. On the check in day, they came at 8.30am in the morning and tried to contact us to check in. So , 1. We are service apartment and our working time starts from 12pm, if you already knew that you will come early, please tell us so we should have our staff working overtime to help you to keep luggages than just keep it silence and came early 2. They booked other place for more expensive ( of course, because they checked in early than any hotel time, they probably take extra charge). After all, they made our room was empty and tried get full refund for what they did. We would happy to refund if we didn’t response after 2pm but not for 9am. 3. We did agreed just 1st night charged, refund the remaining days. Hope you guests could see the picture!

Resposta da propriedade: Dear, You checked in at 12.30pm that was early than check in time and asked us to upgrade room ( you booked the studio with 2 beds but want us to give you 2 bedrooms ) and tried to bargain it cheaper but we didn’t agree with it. Then after 13 hours after checked in, you wait until middle of the night to complained about the a/c not cold and mosquitoes and asked again to change room tomorrow for free. So our concerns : 1. You have 13 hours to report us about the a/c , why you have to wait until 1-2am to tell us ( you have a little kid so we definitely know you we’re in the room ) . Why didn’t you report it earlier so we can easy to change room or fix the problem ??2. We asked you to move to other room which is same floor but same type of the room as you booked but you didn’t want. All you want is upgraded the 2 bedrooms for free after that night ?? —＞ if you care for your kid, why didnt you move right after we told you to move but still want to stay in the room with no a/c working and full of mosquitos ?? Just want to stay that night then move to 2 bedrooms for free for remaining nights?? Why?? Or because if you move to new room same type then you can not have any excuses to move up for free?? 3. We are the building right to the center, there were no complain at all about mosquito for last 6 years, its central of Vietnam , not India sir . 4. We also đo professional pet control for our rooms every 4 months cirle, also the building also did it too . I’m wondering where are the mosquitoes come from ?? ESPECIALLY THE ROOM IS ON 6TH FLOOR THAT HIGH ENOUGH TO NONE MOSQUITOES CAN BE SURVIVE. ITS NONE SENSE. We are happy that can cancel your booking not to afraid of this review to make you do what you want . PLEASE BEING HONEST. HOPE YOU ALL THE BEST ,
