Upon reviewing our records, our Front Office team did share details about the hotel facilities, including breakfast times, locations, and the countdown event. However, I understand that this information may not have been communicated effectively enough to meet your expectations. We will review our check-in process to ensure all information is conveyed in a clear and welcoming manner moving forward.Regarding the Breakfast experience, my apology for the shortcoming of the team. While the team aimed to provide options in a temporary dining location to accommodate guest volume, it is clear we fell short of delivering a seamless dining experience. Carrying your dish between locations and having to wait for a table should never have been part of your morning. Please accept my sincerest apologies for this oversight. Rest assured, we have already shared your feedback with our culinary and service teams to ensure better communication and improved guest handling.Further to your details feedback, we noticed that the fireworks and celebrations on New Year’s Eve impacted your experience. The event was planned to enhance the holiday atmosphere for our guests, but we understand that the resulting smoke and noise detracted from your enjoyment. It’s worth noting that during New Year’s Eve, many venues across the city host celebrations that contribute to elevated noise levels and activity in the surrounding area. Nonetheless, your feedback regarding the visibility and safety of our fireworks display has been shared with our team to ensure future celebrations are more enjoyable for all our guests.While I am grateful for your positive feedback on our facilities, I recognize that we did not meet your expectations for a five-star experience.
