Staying at Le Serene was one of the best decisions I made during my trip to Vietnam. The hotel is beautifully located in the middle of stunning rice fields, offering a sense of peace and serenity that’s hard to find elsewhere. The rooms are nothing short of perfect—spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. My room featured a luxurious bathtub with a direct view of the rice fields, which made for an unforgettable experience, especially during the golden hour. The attention to detail in the room decor and amenities made me feel pampered and at home. The staff, however, are what truly set this place apart. Rosie, Lily, Sally, Catherine, and the rest of the team at breakfast, the restaurant, and the spa went above and beyond to ensure I had a flawless stay. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine care made me feel so welcome and appreciated. Whether it was a friendly smile at breakfast, helpful recommendations for food and exploring Hoi An, or the relaxing treatments at the spa, every interaction with the team was exceptional. Le Serene is more than just a hotel—it’s an experience of tranquility, outstanding hospitality, and unforgettable moments. I can’t recommend it enough and look forward to returning in January 2025.
