A equipe é muito simpática e feliz em ajudar. A localização é perfeita, bem ao lado da estação de metrô e o shopping fica logo abaixo. O quarto é definitivamente ultrapassado e não fica nem perto de outros hotéis 5 estrelas, mas a vista do porto era linda. Não tomei café da manhã aqui porque gosto de comer comida local quando viajo, então não posso comentar sobre isso.

O hotel era limpo e tinha uma boa localização, mas a equipe não era muito amigável e era bastante mal-educada. Muito perto da estação ltr, então era conveniente.

Vamos fazer uma avaliação direta: Localização, sem dúvida, na melhor das hipóteses (5/5). Equipe: 5/5. Café da manhã: 5/5 (você também pode consultar a foto). Tamanho do quarto (pequeno comparado ao que você paga, 4/5). Banheiro (5/5, considerando o tamanho do quarto). O que eles podem fazer melhor: é claro que você não pode mudar o tamanho do quarto, mas pode atualizá-lo para um quarto moderno. As qualidades dos colchões e travesseiros (3/5) podem ser melhoradas (não está no padrão de um hotel 5 estrelas). Eles deveriam considerar fornecer máquina de café no quarto, não apenas chaleiras para preparar água quente para fazer café.

I enjoyed my stay at this location. Very convenient. Hotel service was excellent , the room and the premises were good.
Good upkeep of the hotel room & premises.
The only thing uncomfortable was the hallways were not cooled , elevator is hot.
i like the glass bottle mineral water provided.

We love the coziness and comfort of this hotel… the room and facilities are great, clean . The staff are very friendly and are always around to assist. This hotel also has a great location to the Tsim Sha Tsui mtr which is convenient for tourists to take the mtr to anywhere they want. We are very happy to have made Hyatt our choice this time to HK!

We love both the location and the product and have already stayed at the hotel a number of times.
This stay , We were somehow put off by the cold and indifferent welcome we received. We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times over a number of years ( the last time being last December )
This time we checked in for a 7 nights stay, which will be followed a week later by another 7 nights stay. To summarize : no welcome back greeting from front desk, no card in the room, not even a couple of piece of fruits . The only concern being my credit card details ….
It makes you wonder if your business and loyalty are valued at all.
Isn’t this supposed to be hospitality 101 ???

Great location, short walk to the MTR though unsheltered. Friendly staff who helped with messaging Uber for exact pickup location. Decent size room.

Excellent location. Right in the middle of the hustle and bustle with ample choices of shopping and eateries in the immidiate vicinity. The hotel is right on top of the K11 Art Mall and the mall is connected directly to the MRT. You can get to TST and East TST station without setting foot outside. Service was as expected of a Hyatt Hotel.
The only negative is that the building is quite dated. It's been a staple in HK for about 25 years but a renovation would be welcomed. Other then that, I recommend the hotel.

Was a great stay in Hong Kong, the service is really good so is the gym, I think the seating area in the breakfast zone needs revamping for the rest I would highly recommend it!
