It’s my second or third time staying at Sheraton Tung Chung. Shuttle bus to Tung Chung station within 10 mins. Nice view to the ocean. Room is not a very big room but good enough for a short stay. No bathtub but the bathroom is quite spacious, and you can look at the sea view when showering. Everything’s pretty good :)

Good service. Near the airport.

We were so happy with Sheraton Hotel. Specially many thanks to the manager there; Iris who was done a great job and customer service and support to us. She upgraded our room freely and decorated our room beautifully for my son birthday. Breakfast there was great and staff was so friendly. They gave us rain coat for rainy days there as well which very useful. We enjoyed a lot staying in this hotel and highly recommended.

its was very nice. good location. pretty close from airport. and nice staffs. i dont know the name. but one of korean staff in the front desk she was super kindness. and cleaning staff also. highly recommend this hotel in HK.

Great hotel

I have to say incidents happening would be a good opportunity to know the place or organization better. This time, Sheraton demonstrates an impressive incident handling skill when I found some mistakes of housekeeping. The manager himself with a couple of coworkers come to solve, explain, and apologize for it, even if this is just a very minor mistake. When checking out, the receptionist heard about the incident from me, and they made me feel they are so sincerely sorry, again as the 4th time :) Back to the room itself, impressive sea view and airport view, fine bathroom commodities and the whole-night silence. I would say this is very nice experience, so that I left a memo to big back the hotel a big Thanks!

Location is near to many restaurants, grocery, bakery. Around 15 mins walk to citygate mall but they also provide shuttle bus to/from tung chung mtr. Friendly staff around too. We will definitely come back.

Nice View and Great hotel for relaxing

No more seaview double bed room, offered seaview twin room. Nice sea view! Very clean room and sincerely kind housekeeper lady. 3 shortcomings: no chair in room; the ‘Hi Simo’ robot was annoying and useless with only Mandarin and poor English; and the phone beeped all night disturbing sleep! Suggest to ask for preferred language or teach guests to use it!

Excellent hotel that is quite new and very near to the airport. The room is definitely very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is good and this hotel offer free shuttle to/from airport.

The hotel room is very spacious, modern and also provide a free shuttle bus between hotel and airport. The location is very good, you can find many local foods nearby hotel.

It was the perfect location for our business, everything is close and the transportation is convenient
