The first room wasn't clean but we noticed it and we were moved to another one far better very clean with a nice view. Breakfast is in a partner coffee and was very tasty. Regarding the room you have all the commodities you need. Thanks to the staff and the ownerwho were very efficient. Thanks again.

A great hotel and a great location! Nice service attitude and politeness. The size of the room is a positive suprise regarding that Hong Kong normally has rooms on the small size! Will stay here again for sure.

Second time staying here and it's always wonderful. Very easy walk to attractions, helpful concierge and the manager is amazing. Thanks again everyone ill see you soon. I wish there was a roof top pool but your friendliness and kindness makes up for that haha.

My second stay here at 99 Bonham. Stayed here for 2 nights during the mid autumn festival. The room is spacious but the bathroom is a bit small compared to the size of room. Need to work on cleanliness as I could see some on the floor and on walls in the bathroom. But overall it’s clean and comfortable.
The hotel gifted us lantern, pear, and a mooncake and some tea on Mid Autumn Festival. The lantern is so cute! But we’ll need to get batteries from 7-11 so that’s a bit of a trouble but we’re still happy with it.

Very good location. Big room, facilities were nice but coffee machine didn't work. Nice view. Very warm welcome and goodbye by hotel Manager. House keeper was very friendly.

Hotel's location couldn't be better. 50 meters away from the metro station and a lot of trams which are a pleasantful and convenient way to move around Hong Kong. The room itself was very spacious equiped with coffee machine and capsules and hot water dispenser.
Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The shower pressure was also very good (small shower and low water pressure is a deal breaker for me) and the bathroom big. We were at high floor so the view from the panoramic windows was also very good. 5/5 definitely staying here again when I come back
