É ótimo que as instalações sejam boas para as crianças! Especialmente The Explorers e piscina.

Hotel cuidadosamente projetado para crianças. Existem áreas de lazer em todos os lugares. O quarto era limpo e muito confortável. A TV ficava bem em frente à cama e eles permitiam o airplay com dispositivos apple, chrome e android. Eu gostaria que eles tivessem sal de banho para acompanhar a banheira e mais opções para o buffet de café da manhã. Fui para um almoço leve em seu lounge, eles têm uma ótima seleção de coquetéis, vinhos e outros licores. Definitivamente voltaria para nadar na piscina e deitar na cabana.

O serviço geral foi excelente. A equipe sênior/gerentes foram muito prestativos e educados. Outros funcionários pareciam não ter experiência. É um hotel novo, então é compreensível. Algumas instalações estavam em reparos, como a piscina, então não pude ver isso. A academia era muito abrangente e aberta 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana. Jade o restaurante chinês foi fantástico. Comida no ponto. Satay Inn foi muito decepcionante. A comida aqui estava longe de ser autêntica e era muito salgada. Acabou deixando metade da comida.

The hotel’s location is generally acceptable; however, the closure of the road connecting the hotel to Ocean Park forces guests to take detours, which is inconvenient and time-consuming. Despite the cleanliness of the room, a stunning sea view, and the courtesy of some (though not all) staff members, these positives cannot offset several critical shortcomings. First, the hotel failed to honor the request made during booking to allocate a room away from the elevator. Instead, the room was located near the elevator, resulting in elevated noise levels. Each time neighboring guests closed their doors, the sound resembled thunder, disrupting sleep even for those not sensitive to noise. This issue was compounded by thin walls, which provided virtually no soundproofing, and an interconnecting door to the adjacent room, further amplifying disturbances. Second, the air conditioner functioned exclusively in cooling mode. Despite setting the temperature to 35°C and requesting assistance, the staff failed to resolve the issue, as the heating mode had been deactivated in the unit itself. While this is typically an easily addressed problem in other hotels, here it led to prolonged discomfort from cold temperatures. Even after hours of operation, the room’s temperature did not exceed 20°C, with a slight improvement to 23°C only due to favorable outdoor weather. Third, staff ignored the “Do Not Disturb” sign, repeatedly calling the room and interrupting our stay. This behavior is inconsistent with professional service standards. Finally, service in the lobby’s restaurants and cafes was inadequate. I waited by the pastry display for an extended period while an idle staff member nearby chose to ignore us entirely, failing to offer assistance. Considering these issues, the hotel fails to justify its cost, particularly given the availability of better and more affordable alternatives.

View is breath taking. Glad to work a bit next to it . Service is good, food is good too. Would be back !

Stunning room view, staffs are nice and friendly, that I can totally relax during my stay. Will choose to stay here for the next time.

Pros: spacious room, view (all rooms are sea facing), hygiene and amenities (water playground, indoor playground), easy access to Ocean Park (shuttle bus every 30 mins) Cons: slow in check-in; a bit far from Tsim Sha Tsui etc so prepare to spend $$ on transport; only disappointed part was food delivery was taken by other guest who didn't return or apologize until the concierge located the person based on cctv. Not sure if this was by mistake or purposely cause the person apparently consumed the food and kept silent until the concierge found her. Oversight by the hotel as the concierge didn't check before handover but remediation effort was made. Overall recommend to stay for families.

An excellent hotel for leisure. Staffs are polite, friendly and helpful. The room is massive in HK standard and the view is to die for. Location is inconvenient but they do provide shuttle bus to train station. This is a hotel for you to stay in and enjoy the facilities, will be great to stay for couple of nights after touring Hong Kong. My only criticism is the lack of a coffee shop which you can grab a croissant and drink for breakfast.

It’s my second time here. The shuttle bus service makes it easier to get around. The lounge is great. A bit overpriced with the salad. But overall still acceptable and good. There’s a cleanliness problem - the desk and sofa were stained. Especially the sofa- there were coffee or weird stains that felt quite uncomfortable to sit on. Other than that it’s so far ok.

Stayed at the Fullerton for a staycation. Hotel is clean with excellent facilities. Was given a cake on my birthday which welcomed me with a surprise! Will definitely stay here again.

Really liked the hotel. Great for families who want more space and away from the hustle and bustle of the the city. Very relaxing and convenient for visiting ocean park

Satay Inn was excellent, this restaurant and family platter is highly recommended!
