建物の裏側に泊まったので風景はみえず。でもなにより、部屋の快適さ、立地は最高にいいです！キッチン用品は完璧に準備されていて助かりました。清掃は入らないけど、タオルは連絡するともらえます。スタッフさんの対応もとても良いです！また機会があれば泊まりたいです。

This is our second time staying here and we love it! The rooms are like mini apartments and provide a lot of space and privacy. They’re re so clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. You can’t beat the roof top pool and bar and the views from up there are amazing. Its conveniently located within walking distance of just about everything.

The lodging accommodations are fantastic! The views are magnificent! Easily accessible to much great shopping, dining, and coffee shops. Can easily walk to many great shopping places, many great restaurants near, and fantastic coffee nearby.

First, the stuff is wonderful very personable and very helpful. This gorgeous hotel is located in the center of town where all the shopping malls and restaurants are. The room was amazing has everything you can think of, from the kitchen appliances, utensils, laundry basket and detergent, to the TV room and pull out sofa this room is much better than the pictures online. Bed is huge, beautiful and very comfortable. The well designed bathroom has a beautiful large Frameless LED Smart Wall Mount Vanity Mirror Bluetooth Wi-Fi Display with a big tub and shower. The views from our balcony were fantastic. We enjoyed the swimming and sauna at the top of the building. Lastly, there are scheduled daily fun activities and discounted coupons for restaurants and shopping.

Wow! I will let you know that the rooms are Ultra Lux. We stayed in a two queen suite. The flooring is amazing with dark laminate wood look floors. Wood trim all over but in that espresso cherry color wood. Sliding doors, frosted glass and this suite was ultra modern. The bathroom was fully upgraded with rainfall glass shower, television inside the massive three person bathroom. The makeup chair was a perfect touch. The bathtub was ultra sheik and the faucet was on the ceiling!!! Bidet in the private toilet area. The bidet was super nice! The living area had a nice pullout sofa and two person table. The view was so so and it did face another building but you could sit out on the lanai and lookout to the city in some areas. Not a big deal honestly to me. The AC worked like a dream in there and was whisper quiet. It kept it as cold or warm as we needed. This room should be listed as a 5 star suite. The location? The heart of Waikiki. You step out of the lobby and you are in the center of the entire city! It is crazy how enchanting it is to be honest. I loved it! Also. The kitchen was amazing!!! The fridge held so many items ans kept everything cold. We were able to make meals and not get sick of eating out. Dishwasher, garbage disposal all worked like they were brand new. The kitchenware was all there and nothing looked or felt old or dated. This is at least a 4 star hotel. Also. The laundry machines were included at no charge and there was an ABC store steps away from the hotel. We were never without! You will be amazed at how luxurious these rooms are. I did not want to leave!!! The pool upstairs is a splash pool so it’s narrow and shallow but my kids enjoyed it each night. It stays warm from the sun. The bartenders have amazing mixed drinks!!! 1pm-7pm and there was a happy hour too. I loved frozen the pina coladas. So tasty and the views from the rooftop pool were unbeatable. Plus! There was a hot tub and the jets would really hit you and relax you. I loved that hot tub! Cherry on top? The cabanas. You can get use of a private cabana with it’s own television and tons of seating. You can just lounge the day away on it. The vibe is lowkey and everyone there was just really nice and took care of us. Service was ultra fast and we really never needed much. I will always come back here whenever I am in Oahu. Just the best rooms and location and rooftop pool and bar. The Hilton team has planned this hotel and the rooms with the highest quality in mind.

To be upfront: I am a Hilton owner. I was offered a "package" to Hawaii-- with the stipulation that we attend one of their offering events ( been to many over the years). I thought the deal was a good one but I did my research. There are quite a few Hilton Grand Vacation hotels in Waikiki-- My research indicated that the Hokulani was highly rated among these (and I can see why). I will admit, I spent an entire year pestering the folks that I wanted to stay here (they don't guarantee this- but I was extremely persistent!). In any case, the Hawaiian Village ( where I guessed they would put us) is definitely a resort for families (6 ? hotels in the group- lots of pools and shops). The Hokulani, however, is quite apart from these ( 1 1/2 miles walking distance). It is set in the heart of Waikiki. It is not on the beach but a block and half from the beach. There is no pool other than a dipping type pool on the roof top. However, this place was perfect for us. Not frenetic; quiet and peaceful. If you do rent a car, know that there is a garage with a 45$/day fee. Yes, that seems a bit high- but this is Oahu. The convenience of the valet parking was just perfect. The suite we stayed in was immaculate, as we have come to expect from a Hilton brand. There is kitchenette which we found to be extremely helpful for making our breakfasts (everything is provided: cook top, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer- with cutlery, plates, glasware etc.). Free washer and dryers (which we used). The staff were great. very friendly and helpful. Hats off to Cassel at the front desk- thank you for all your attention on my "big day". The hotel is located near tons of shops and indoor malls. Restaurants are nearby and abound. I will review some very special shops I visited on other posts. There are not many scheduled activities but we were out and about so much I don't think we would have taken advantage of them anyway. I would suggest to management that you have a great rooftop and bar. I would have loved to have sat up there at the end of day - have a cocktail and appreciate the amazing view. They have limited hours, which I think is such a shame. Seriously, it is one of the best features of this hotel and it is not being use to its best capability.

The hotel is very centrally located in the heart of Waikiki. It’s across the street from the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and a couple blocks from the international marketplace. This is the perfect location for any one who’s not renting a car and wants to explore Waikiki without having to drive anywhere. It’s a short taxi to Ala Moana shopping center and downtown. The facilities here is clean, comfortable, and very nice. What makes this place a 5 star hotel is the staff. Allen, Nicole, and Jonathan were excellent and responded to questions and requests promptly. Michael was the first staff member to greet us when we arrived at the hotel. He greeted us like we were old friends or family. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He also checked in on us to see if we were enjoying the property throughout our stay. The facility is beautiful, but the staff is what sets this hotel above other places. I highly recommend the Hokulani for a wonderful stay during your Hawaii vacation.

Great locations, right in the middle of everything, restaurants and shopping. Room was very nice, living room, bedroom, kitchenette, huge bathroom. Staff took care of everything even recommending restaurants in the area and were super friendly, highly recommend!

Staff Friendly Facilities ok. View from room terrible. Cement wall and drug store. Dishwasher did not work well. We stayed at the Sheraton Waikiki a few nights before heading over. Thank goodness they had decent pools. Could not get into the other two Hilton properties so had to stay here. Very disappointed could not use other Hilton property pools. Highly recommend Akamai Rentals one block over. Can rent daily and park back at rental place at night. They were terrific. We rented a car for four days. Walked over to get it then dropped it back off at night. Highly recommend Akamai Rentals.
