Espacio the Jewel of Waikiki

スタッフの接客がとても丁寧で、朝ごはんも種類が沢山ありどれもおいしかったです。 立地が良く、部屋は広くてセンスのいいインテリアで清潔でした。 屋上のプールも素晴らしかったです。 3泊しましたが次はもっと長く泊まりたいと思います。

Amazing attention to detail - professional yet friendly with discretion. Fantastic views of Waikīkī Beach and the suites with furnishings and amenities are second to none ! Had the best stay and nothing was too much trouble .

This was our fourth stay at Espacio. It is clearly the best property on Waikiki. This small hotel is big in service. And when I say small, I am not referring to the spacious 3-bedroom suites. I am referring to the fact that there are only nine suites in the property which allows the staff to create a highly exclusive experience. The comfort, the view from the balcony and the rooftop pool never get old. It's hard to leave that balcony and difficult to leave Hawaii after we stay a week at the Espacio.

First rate accommodations and staff. Dinner at Mugan was over the top delicious. Would love to stay again. The whole family enjoyed our stay.

The staff was exceptionally professional and genuinely warm. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist at every moment made our stay feel seamless and truly enjoyable

Everything - from pre-arrival to activity scheduling and departure, 12 out of 10, enough said. Kudos to Ralph and all the hotel team members!

I'll start by prefacing that I rarely leave reviews, as I'm the owner of a Luxury Travel Agency and do my best to be a genuinely good partner. However we personally paid to stay at Espacio right after New Year's and the experience couldn't be more disappointing. How they get the ratings and recognitions that they do is beyond me. But even the smallest details like ketchup with potatoes at breakfast, syrup with french toast, butter and jam for toast were missed each day. They didn't deliver breakfast on time and then it showed up 30 minutes later and instead of remaking it, so it was hot, the team tried to serve us 30 minute old omelets and watered down iced lattes. The most disappointing thing though, from someone working in luxury hospitality, is that their team doesn't know how to even begin to offer any type of service recovery. No note, no apology note, no amenity, nothing. The GM couldn't even call me. The property could be amazing, but it's not. The level of hospitality does not match the hard product, does not match the experience they are trying to sell and more importantly does not match the price.

Finding the Jewel of Waikiki's entrance will be your toughest experience, as once the staff comes to the curb parking to greet you, the royalty service begins. The two of us stayed in the 8th floor Jade 3 bedroom Suite, which was overkill, but the wow factor set in quick and we settled in. Staff is really amazing, from the bellmen, to the lounge check-in, all are professional with a little humor. Our stay was over a three day period and we filled it with daily breakfast at their exceptional built in restaurant downstairs, staff was super, as was the food. Having the elevator come to just your floor is both private and makes for even more of the experience, once in, there are multiple zones, and electronic controls for all the areas. The lights, shades, privacy, and modes are preprogrammed for easy use and understanding. All the toilets are top of the line electronic, heated seats, motion detect for entry by opening up, auto flush, bidet all built in. Outside decking wraps the full front area of building overlooking Waikiki and comes complete with a master bedroom entrance with comfy chairs, down to the built in Jacuzzi with lighting and stairs, then another area of lounging with a large circular lounge love chair. Sunsets, beach, people activity on the street are both entertaining and exciting. The kitchen is awesome, probably not used much but we went for it the last day and cooked up a special meal. Maid service may include three of their staff and they come up another private elevator and are all equally professional and courteous. We had a absolutely wonderful time there and even spent time on the roof at the private infinity pool - jacuzzi - lounge area, which is all yours if asked. That was a super special last night overlooking Waikiki !
