The Waters Hot Springs, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The Waters Hot Springs let’s you feel a part of the historic area from the minute you arrive. We were greeted by Nate and helped to unload luggage and valet the car. Checking in was quick due to online check in and choice of room made earlier in day. The room was on the 5 th floor, and included everything for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the large windows with view of the woods and Historic Area. The Roof Top Bar led to more great views and a relaxed atmosphere to visit before dinner. The restaurant on site turned out to be our favorite place we are in town. The Prime Rib Beef Dip and Biegnets dinner, the best we’ve had. Hailey, our waiters was terrific and enjoyable to chat with. Great stay!

First the good.⭐ The hotel is right in the center of Central Street / historic Hot springs Arkansas. The building was constructed around the '1930s and has been different types of businesses over the years. The building has the old original dark wood handrails, marble stairs, door trims etc. and high ceilings have been kept in place with Hampton inn style of rooms. Compliments to the house keeping staff The room we stayed in was very clean. The beds are comfortable. The room windows are classic old tall windows that let in lots of natural light. The AC / heat is very quiet and is not the through the wall all night humming clicking units That most hotels have, that's a plus. Now for the not so good. Only one elevator was operating. We were told by maintenance the second elevator had reached its million mark and was going to be serviced ? did no one see that coming and schedule The elevator For maintenance ? It did not work during our entire stay, only one, and it was super slow. The first design choice I've always found odd is the white prison blue lighting that the hotels are using now, it is cold and uninviting. Fortunately over the bed there's a long led ***** built in on top of the headboards that is more of a warm white Where they totally missed the mark is the bathrooms . The bathroom barn door choice offers no privacy when closed. There's a 1-in gap between the wall and the back of the door and on either side it barely covers the opening. The first bed is less than 2 1/2 feet from that door so anyone in that bed gets full awareness of the bathroom and its activities. 👎 The toilet is right inside the bathroom turned long ways across the bath entrance! And just to add to the fun it's one of those super loud turbo flush blast toilets....... Yay! As an added bonus you get to hear the one on the floor above you doing the turbo blast when it's flushed. The shower head was more like a shower sprinkler and because of the glass wall design with no closing door on the shower The water gets outside shower entrance to the bath mat and soaks it. These were terrible design choices.👎👎👎👎

This is an older building, but that gives it a lot of charm. It is in downtown Hot Springs, within walking distance of the national Park facilities. It is in the “tourist district“ so there are a lot of walkable shops and restaurants. The rooms are smaller, and finding them can be a bit confusing, because the historic room numbers, in some areas, are more prominent than the current room numbers. The stairways, which I recommend because the elevator is very slow, are all wood and marble. They have a restaurant on site which has tasty food. They have a small fitness room, but most people don’t go there for the gym. They do have coffee in the lobby early, before the restaurant opens. This was my second visit here, and I would come here again.

This hotel was in a perfect location for our family. We were visiting Hot Springs for the first time and knew we wanted to do hiking while there. You could walk out of hotel and hit the trails just across the street or from the back of the hotel! The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Colton, the valet boy, was extremely polite and gave us a great recommendation for lunch. We also visited the RoofTop bar both nights. Pretty views and friendly service. We weren’t ready to leave The Waters or Hot Springs. Our family of four would stay again when visiting Hot Springs! You can walk to everything with very clean rooms and friendly service.

Traveled to Hot Springs for the national park and LOVED this hotel. Honestly it appears to be the best hotel in Hot Springs. Right on bathhouse row, adjacent to all the top national park spots, and the famous Ohio Club is immediately next door. It's a former medical office building and it appears the hotel did an awesome restoration of it, keeping a lot of the cool elements like the wide hallways and staircases, the tiled floors, and the room entryways, while adding some nice modern touches to the room. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. On top of all of that, the staff were very friendly and the rooftop bar area made for a great evening place to relax. Definitely recommend.

We expected a bit more here. The rooms have been tastefully renovated and roomy! This may be off color but the bathrooms really should have exhaust fans. The shower always splattered water onto the floor outside the shower and as a result water soaked the floor mat. No where to hang it to dry it for the next use. The restaurant- service was somewhat lacking - ordered coffee, weren’t offered water — had to ask. Then she brought one glass. Odd. The eggs Benedict was super salty and the biscuits were stale - assuming they were left over from the previous day. Nice friendly staff at the desk and vallet!!

This hotel is in the center of the downtown area within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, bars, and the National Park. The hotel is clean and charming. The staff were helpful and friendly. There is an on-site restaurant and 2 bars. The only downside was the bathroom. It was very small and had low water pressure. We stayed in a double queen room and the toilet was within 5 ft of the closet bed. Bathroom also had a sliding barn door that was noisy to close and didn’t block much sound.

Jordan was a delightful employee of The Waters who made our trip to Hot Springs exceptional by sharing her knowledge of the area! The Waters was perfectly located across from Bathhouse Row. We didn’t make it to the rooftop for the evening sites, but it is a very popular hangout. We will be back soon!

Our valet service was excellent! Ezra was very polite and prompt at getting our car, and he was very helpful both when we arrived and when we departed. He got our bags out of the trunk on the first day, and put them away for us today when we left. He was also just a friendly face to see when returning from our activities throughout our stay.
