Typical 3 star business hotel. The night staff during check in were incredibly rude. Housekeeping is only every 3rd day, except for towels which is daily. The hotel refuses to answer the phone. If nothing else available, the hotel will do for a night, but only as a last resort. There are many better options available in the area for the price.

Good location with a very japanese style riverside. Clean, tidy room. Just fine breakfast. However, terrible experience about the staff. 1. We were told the basement parking lot was full that we had to park on the ground level, to load our laggages along with a 2.5 yd girl in the stroller there and to drag them to the basement via the long ramp. While we were having trouble not to jar our little girl, we saw a car slided in the basement and parked there. 2. Next day, we, two adults, one little girl, plus a stroller were lead to a table for only two. As we asked to switch to the nearby sofa dining area, the staff told us that the reservation today was full when there was really no more than 15 persons in the restaurent during our time there.

I forgot to say: they have laundry machines ! Really nice little perk cost 40 ntd for wash (decent size loads) and 8 minutes dryer per 10 ntd. Gym was so so has the basics.

The room was spacious and cozy. And the hotel is close to the Hsinchu station and centre of the city, so it's easy to reach to markets and shops to get most of the things.

Great location, close to many restaurants and within 10minutes of major shopping mall / sightseeing spots.

Staff are friendly and it is close to the train station.

Room was clean and breakfast spread was decent with mixture of asian, western and vegetarian breakfast choices. Check-in and Check-out process were simple and fast.

Hsinchu is one of the least visiting locations but it is very worth to go. I always stay at these hotels when I visit Hsinchu simple and clean

Booked the hotel last minute as had a last min stay in hsinchu. Room is big and clean, which is all I needed. My room comes with a living room attached so this room is suitable if you have friends coming over to chit chat etc… I guess one or two of them can crash over if they like. Bed is a tad hard, and only one pillow provided but I had a decent sleep. TV comes with all the channels one needs to ensure no boredom, just channel surfing will take you forever. Sound insulation from the window is not great though. can hear the cars from the road below. Maybe it’s also cos my room is on the second floor. A primary school is opposite the hotel but since it’s the holidays, not sure if the noise from the school will affect travellers sleep. Toilet was decently sized and comes with separate bathtub and shower. Water pressure was good though the water took a bit of time to become hot.

The hotel's location is pretty convenient. The room has enough spaces to open my luggage as well. The bathroom is one of the reasons why I chose this hotel, it's clean and I can take a both as long as I want.

Very strange hotel. There are other much better choices. Last time to stay in this hotel

Do not mistake Hsinchu HSR and Hsinchu station like i did as this hotel is located 20min+ taxi ride from HSR. Overall hotel is decent, breakfast spread plentiful, would stay again if activities scheduled are in this area
