This is an INCREDIBLE place to stay. My wife and I were stranded on a Sunday night, and the front desk staff was a godsend. Brandi was so helpful we ended up staying 2 nights, and glad we did! SUPER clean, with a great breakfast, the lobby was pristine, and the room was fabulous. The manager of this hotel is an incredible person. So attentive and understanding, you FEEL like they are all friends. The pool was perfect, and honestly there's not a single thing that wasn't perfect. We'd give it 7 stars if we could, and will GLADLY stay here again when we visit in the future. Great place, great prices, and INCREDIBLE people working here to make you feel at home. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. We used the gym and the pool and both were good for a short workout. The taff was very friendly. The location is close to the Space and Rocket Museum, our target destination. Parking is free.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and they took great care of the lobby and rooms. The breakfast was enjoyable and the pool was great. We recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

We visited this property 8/18-8/20 of 2023. We came to Huntsville to pick our second year space camp student up. We had an issue on check in, the front desk person resolved it; and checked us in. The next morning we were aggressively confronted by a man at the front desk with no name tag demanding a credit card, when he clarified what it was needed for he then told us to leave when we said we needed to go to the room for my credit card. Even though we were willing to give them the information needed Sam decided to kick us out of the hotel; AND CHARGE US FOR THE NEXT DAY STILL. This is our and our theft, civil matter or not. Sam threatened to call police on us when we were able to get off property before check out time. Never checked us out, never gave us a receipt for our stay. One employee was very nice, but the rest of them are obviously not happy to be in the hotel industry and they take it out on their customers instead of just finding a better fitting career.

If you like smelly musty rooms, this place is for you. The first room we had was incredibly musty smelling. The second one was a little better. There is no excuse for this! The staff were pleasant and apologetic but there is no excuse for what we experienced, especially for $161 a night. Fortunately we were there for only one night.

Very courteous staff, everyone willing to help all the time, very clean and updated hotel. Nice indoor pool. In the morning we got nice breakfast. We will definitely stay here again when travel to Huntsville.

A nice quiet hotel located very close to UAHuntsville. We came to visit our son who goes there. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very kind. Have stayed here before and will stay again. Beds were comfy. Pool and hot tub were nice but we didn’t have a chance to use this visit. Nice breakfast too!

We started out by not being greeted by the attendant or owner of the facility. We waited a few minutes while he was working on his computer. Then he informed us that we would be on the basement floor of the hotel and there is no elevator there. So we had to walk down a fairly steep parking lot to the entrance. I would hate to be handicapped and go in that way...no ramp etc. The room was a bit musty and my wife saw a roach. It might have been the worst Comfort Inn I have ever stayed in. I see where it gets five stars. Are you kidding me? It is about 50 years old and nothing is updated. I hope this helps someone else. I am a loyal customer but this pushed me towards switching.

We were in town to vist family and friends. This was a great place for us to base our stay. Central location to the areas we were visiting. Quiet, clean, and very comfortable property. The Staff was friendly and very helpful. We know where to stay on our next trip.
