Great Hotel has an Excellent sand beach lot of pools and the food is taste good but need to be more varaities..also the room was clean.

The staff are not friendly. We had a bad experience when we arrived because they charged us about$ 115 extra than our reservation by trip.com. So I don't recommend this hotel!

The pools and beach were very nice and clean. Food was okay! Not much variety and repetitive. AC in the lobby was never working We were only given one room key!

設施：房間很一般，有啥説啥，床鋪還不如一百塊錢的民宿，需要提高。 服務：還可以，離市區有些距離，整體不錯 環境：挺好的，泳池🏊很大，孩子們喜歡的 衞生：還可以，全包餐食，性價比比較高

O hotel supreendeu nos a 200% . Vinhamos com algum receio depois de algumas criticas que lemos mas defensivamente supreendeu nos pela positiva! A limpeza dos quartos é fantástica, todos os dias limparam o nosso quarto. A praia é óptima, não precisamos de andar muito para ter profundidade. A comida é muito boa e com bastante variedade. Temos ainda a oportunidade de provar varios restaurantes de varios países que nos supreendeu bastante. Os animadores, em especial o Fox, foi muito simpático e amável conosco. Se voltarmos, sera novamente para Labranda royal makadi . Muito obrigada pela hospitalidade!

I arrived at night and was impressed with the beautifully lit outdoor areas. The landscaping is fantastic. My room was a little dated but very spacious, clean and well equipped. There were several options for eating and drinking and consequently lots of food choices. I thoroughly enjoyed every meal I had. One thing I wasn't aware of was that you can only go to the la carte restaurants twice during a week stay which was disappointing especially as these were only a quarter full. There were several pools, even a quiet adults only pool. They were all a bit cool. There is entertainment but this isn't advertised unlike at the adjoining Labranda club where there's a large board advertising daily events. I would recommend that the Royal had a notice board too. The hotel is in a remote area so there's nowhere to go nearbye. However the hotel itself did feel like a resort as it had several restaurants vars and shops.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful part of egypt, there are ocean views from the hotel and beach resturant which made the stay feel so special. The staff at the hotel are fantastic, they're all very attentive and generally lovely. The bar staff and animation team in particular really make an effort to get on with and bond with the guests (in my experience) The hotel itself is very well kept. The entire place is clean and is constantly being monitored by the staff. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. An issue we had with the bathrooms however, was the shower curtain falling down most days after or during showering. but that is the only grievance we had with the rooms. Overall its a great hotel that I'd definitely recommend for a relaxing stay :) There's also so many kittens which I see as a massive bonus

I'm in Labranda Royal Makadi first time, but it's my second time in Egypt in general. The service is just great and supportive, dishes are tasty. There are also many activities each one day. It's a good place to spend your holiday with family or friends!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel which had everything. The food was diverse and very tasty. I was pleased by all the staff of the Labranda Hotel , they were friendly, helpful and competent. Top of all, there is a member of entertainment team, named Maher, who was absolutely briliant creating an amazing atmosphere and my holiday perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay ,the staff are really friendly and welcoming and helpful a special reception and the food was freshly and the food festival was good fun and a lot of effort put in to it and they have an nice beach and animation team also have very nice show everyday

We really enjoyed our stay, the entertainment staff are really helpful good fun. The food was freshly cooked as you stood waiting for it. We were impressed with the constant supply of fresh bottled water in our room and constant supply of smaller bottles in big fridges on the beach front. The food festival was good fun and a lot of effort put in to it. Lovely beach beaches and safe shallow water and organised trips via the hotel.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A Special thanks goes to Mr. Saif in the reception who was always smiling and ready to help us a lot. I was really impressed with his commitment and dedication. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner and loved the convenient location. We had an amazing time at the hotel! The pool area was fantastic. Can't wait to come back again!

I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area. I will recommend others for sure! The staff and specially Mr. Saif was fantastic. He had a great attitude and was very helpful and always available. His exceptional customer service impressed me. He was always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door.
