Nice stuff nice place and good for relax and enjoy the time front the sea

這軟件發個照片太難發了 老是上傳失敗！ 這個酒店性價比非常非常高！房間很大 服務人員都很有禮貌 莊園環境特別優美 泳池 海灘 晚會都很好 吃的不太符合中國人口味 不過這邊的飲食都這樣 甜品很好吃！我是一個i人 在這裏變成了e人 和不同國家的人一起跳舞 沒有人在意你跳得怎麼樣 大家都好開心 這種鬆弛感是國內沒有的 真的很不捨得離開 因為房間在一樓 有點潮濕 而且有些被套床單已經起球了 設施也不太新 建議大家定價格高一點的房型 也沒貴多少錢 我朋友訂的比我貴一點點 在二樓 視野很好 也沒那麼潮 總之非常滿意 不想走 回去之後難過好幾天😭

酒店偏老，房間空調噪音較大，床單面料還可以，但是沒有電梯裏硬傷，既使有工作人員，也得自己搬，還有就是出門打車很坑，酒店員工有自己的黑車，但是價格翻幾倍，如果你不打他們的黑車，他們不會讓你網上叫的車進酒店大門口的。

房間非常漂亮 而且經理免費幫我們升級了房型 這個酒店真的非常值得推薦 因為3餐全包 而且食物非常豐盛 情人節晚點還送我們了一餐高級餐廳體驗 整體非常棒👍 下次再來！

有自助一日三餐 餐食很豐富，非常好

位置優越，三餐可口，節目豐富，可以充分體驗紅海的風情。

房間設施很差，房間很小，床上用品很舊。

Hotel impecável! Comida muito boa. Piscinas muito agradáveis e a praia com os corais são incríveis !Funcionários simpáticos! Em especial nosso amigo Mohamed Alex que trabalha no restaurante Francês e nosso amigo barman Eslam! Espero voltar ano que vem :)

We had the BEST holiday at serenity beach hotel. The staff absolutely made the holiday 10/10 unforgettable. From the reception greeting with lovely hibiscus tea to the housekeeping… Nicole from the animation team was amazing! Mustafa at the pool Bar, Waleed, Omar and Mohamed at the snack bar and everyone in between. The staff were total gems! Would 10/10 recommend and will definitely Return next year!

The stuff was helpful, smiled and kind. The hotel is just perfect overall- it was clean everywhere, the food was so good, the pools were clean. I loved this place and Egypt. Maybe this was one of the best trips so far. Definitely I will come back again ❤️ Will miss this place so much.

The experience was wonderful. All of the stuff are very nice and kind. We loved this place. It was an amazing trip. The room was clean, the pools also, the food was so good and everything was perfect. We recommend this hotel and definitely will come back again soon. Egypt is amazing and the hotel too.

A belated review but having come here this year for our second time we were not disappointed. We now consider this resort our second home and cannot wait to return. Our accommodation was top notch and the towel art left in our room was fantastic. The food was superb and ALL staff were wonderful. For the second year Aladin was seen constantly round the hotel with a smile always on his face and always willing to stop and talk. The animation staff were incredible especially Moksha Nicole and Luca. Miss the place very much and cannot wait to get back there. Thanks for making our memories with us.

Beautiful hotel, as soon as you step off the transfer bus you are welcomed into paradise. The hotel grounds are beautiful so well kept , pools are plentiful and cleaned every day . The rooms are spacious and also cleaned everyday . This is the 2nd time visiting this year so was upgraded to the beach restaurant, there was always a great variety of food , always red hot and tasty , nothing is too much trouble for the staff especially Waleed who went above and beyond. What can I say about the animation team , they really did make our holiday extra special , they come round to make sure everything is ok and let you know what activities are on , they really are a credit to the hotel and really are a joy , a big thankyou to Nicole , Milley , Luca , Lena Yahia , Ahmed , Mocksha , Kaitlyn.Leonie,Mido.Halla,Iza, you are all amazing .Till we see you next time 10 out of 10

Just returned home from an idyllic weeks holiday to Serenity Alpha Beach. A vast array of pools & bars to choose from along with buffet restaurants & a la carte offerings (Royal Lounge & Piranha definitely worth a visit). Firstly would like to thank both Mohamed Sobhy (Manager) and Aladin (General Manager) as they could not have been more helpful (especially when easyJet flight home was cancelled....) The majority of staff at this wonderful complex are extremely happy and helpful and go the extra mile to ensure you thoroughly enjoy your time at the resort A mention to the following team members who definitely made our time here extra special Beach Bar - Tall gent (unfortunately did not get his name) Buffet Restaurant (outside seating) - Abd Allah Kamal & Shehab Sabry And an extra special mention for Heated Pool - Mohamed Hossain (Bar) & Ahmed Marai (Lifeguard) Royal Lounge & Snack Bar - Mohamed Sharif and last but not least Royal Lounge & Buffet Restaurant - Mohamed (Alex) Emad Have already booked the return trip to visit these newfound friends in September 2025 Thank you all for the wonderful memories!
