Location is excellent but hotel can improve on basic amenities. No hand towel in bathroom. Only 1 cup provided for tea . Kettle broken. Bed linen not so clean / fresh . Breakfast was just ok . Service in restaurant was below average.

Location was good I had only one night stay came earlier morning 4 am I unfortunately was tired I requested them will pay taxi charges in once I get up as I was exhausted from the 16 hours journey They refused I did not like it but paid then and there

The hotel premises are attractiv. We enjoyed the Dinner served, with a wide variety across various regional cousines to choose from. The staff is supportive and friendly, specially restaurant staff always ready to serve, definitely will come back again

Spice It was really good and budget friendly. Service was awesome and staff was welcoming and friendly special mention to Mr. Saketh & Ms. Khushi both of them were helpful and were carrying great personality all together my experience was really good. Thank you for your hospitality.

Rooms were good and neat.....lobby ambience and restaurant ambience is great...quick check in assistance by front office team thanks to naseer...loved with food and restaurant services...thanks mr.manoj and indeesh....all are polite and helpful...

Visted Ibis for a week,Rooms are well maintained and very clean, I’m satisfied with their in room dining food taste. Room cleaning by Ramki is so good and he respected every request from us. Thanks!! Must try chicken tikka from inroom dining.

This was our first visit to your restaurant for dinner. We ordered beer and starters, but when we requested the main course, one of your staff members informed us that the kitchen was closed. The restaurant supervisor reiterated this, stating that all the chefs had already left for the day. She also mentioned that we were informed about the restaurant's closing time, yet no one inquired if we wanted to order the main course beforehand. This experience was highly disappointing, and unfortunately, we do not plan to return. It was one of the worst experiences we've had at a restaurant.i never recommended anyone

Stay and Food was very good. Rooms had decent area and nice interiors. Breakfast menu was Very good and services also Nice!. Reception experience is not great as got so much delayed while checkin and check out as well!!!. Need sImprovement.
