We were excited to stay at a Marriott with a kitchen...until we arrived. The building was old, run down, smelled musty,etc. The pool was not available, the freezer defrosted in the middle of the night and ruined all our food and made a puddle, there were bugs in the bathroom, the couch was old and should have been in a dumpster, the cheap wood floors were bubbled in the bathroom and kitchen and 1 of 2 TV's worked. Absolutely awful experience. You could heard cars drag racing on the highway outside the hotel all night as well. We reduced our number of days to stay from 5 to 3 days....and they CHARGED US MORE!!! Yes, 3 days cost more than the 5 we originally booked. Front desk gave us a different (much lower) price than what the bill came out to be. Criminal --- this place should be bulldozed.

This place is an absolute sh*t hole. Got kicked out of the lobby and told we would get fined if we were in it. Closed the pool for no reason and gave us no where to go to hang out. Stay at Walmart, it would have better breakfast and amenities. Not to mention the incredibly rude front worker. This place was absolute doookie and so was the tv in the room. Instead of coming here stay in your car and watch Netflix on your phone! Likely much better service and WiFi. If I had a choice of sleeping on a bench with a crack addict or staying here again, I would certainly take the bench. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The room was comfortable and spacious. All the employees I interacted with were cheery and helpful. One brought coffee to our table without being asked! The staff cant help it but the location is not the nicest so I am rating this lower than the hotel itself should be rated.

Would not honor the reservation because my husband made it under his name and at the last minute I had to go instead of him. We were in Indy for a soccer tournament. My 11-year-old son and I finally got to the hotel at about 9pm and the front desk basically said sorry we can't let you stay here because the reservation is under your husband's name and not yours.....then I said ok rebook it under my name and use the free reward gift certificate that it was booked under and she said she couldn't do that. WHY? Never gave me a real reason, said it was because of corporate. So the hotel staff and "corporate" would rather my son and I sleep in our car than accommodate us. The front desk could have cared less about us. I had my license with the same last name on the reservation, a credit card with my name and husband's name, and called my husband to have him talk to her and she was like sorry. I called a hotel down the street and they were able to accommodate us. Plus the place reeked of ****. Thank God we ended up not staying here because the place was nasty with lots of shady people hanging out in the parking lot, and the service was TRASH!! This place is a dump. MARRIOTT DO BETTER!!!!!

Very nice and clean. We got a good night's sleep. The kitchen was convenient and came with everything you need. There is an outdoor pool for guests to use. Located right off the highway. Highly recommended

Unfortunately, this hotel was a disappointment.  There were many unacceptable issues and I àm disappointed it is on Marriott,s list. Here are some of my concerns: 1. Hotel location and clientele.  I could not tell if some of the people standing around the were paying customers or transients or illegals. 2. Our room had an overwhelming odor like carpet shampoo....it really needs to be rinsed....made me cough during the night. 3.  The shower curtain was worn and had tares in it.  The towels were small and thin.  The bathtub had been repaired and the patches were visable and the bath sink had the a noticeable crack. 4. I just did not feel safe and  really feel your property was not up to Marriott standards.  Sorry!

The front staff was ver helpful and with a smile. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Downside was furniture was dated and not very comfortable. Location of the tv was poor as well. The hallway did have a musty odor. A mixed bag of really good or poor- no middle ground.

The front desk staff and management are not accommodating. They didn’t want to add my bonvoy number to my reservation. They didn’t want to assist me and my family with the desired room request. They kept coming up with different stories as of why they couldn’t provide the request. They make it hard for a guest to enjoy their stay. They do not provide Marriott expected customer service nor do they meet the Marriott mission/vision. They lost revenue due to their poor customer service.

I had a late check in at around midnight. At most hotels, when you check in that late, you receive lackluster service at best. NOT here!! Angela and Tiffany not only greeted me with a smile, but with a literal “happy dance.” They thanked me for my brand loyalty, which is uncommon nowadays, and gave me a few welcome gifts. Including Evian water. These two ladies were so welcoming and kind, it really brightened my night. The room is clean and comfy. Exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this hotel. Just for context, I travel 150+ nights a year.
