Stayed at Live n Work in Sept when it was 28 C / 82 F because it was near the train station and Audi Forum / Museum. Everyone was great but said AC was broken and worse the buildings heater was on. I didn’t see any AC vents so I doubt they even have AC in the building. Bed was stiff and pillow was thin like you get flying economy on a plane. Otherwise breakfast was decent and everyone was clean and tidy. If you come in with lower expectations and it isn’t hot out, this is a decent budget stay.

It’s a very clean and silent hotel with a nice personality. Everything works silent and I slept very good.

Great hotel, great breakfast and lunch. Just the clarity on the rooms should be improved. Everyday I woke up before the alarm because of the luminosity of the room. Black out curtains would solve this problem.

I stayed at Liven Work for a week during which I participated in training. It is very good that it is in the same building as the training center. It is very useful for rest and comfort when participating in a training session.

The staying at GVZ was overall pretty good. The room was simple, but very clean and the bed guarantees you can have an excellent sleep quality. The personnel was very kind. The breakfast is not varied, but for a business trip the service is still okay.

Very helpful and super friendly staff, from reception to restaurant. In a quiet prime location to visit things with a large free parking garage right in front of the door. Spacious rooms with good beds and a delicious breakfast.

I stayed at Live'N'Work during my trip to Bauma 2022. There is no 'live' only 'work' at this hotel. The room is pretty much just a bed and bathroom no appliances, no fridge, microwave, ice machine, etc. There was no pillow on my bed, only one throw pillow. The saving grace was the staff were helpful and the breakfast was nice.
