Sara Crown Hotel

I don't recommend this hotel. Extremely rude and biased personnel. My colleague and myself were going to Irbid for business. We called on our way from the south of Jordan to book two single rooms. The receptionist who answer the phone was quite rude when he said that we were not allowed to share the room. My colleague specified that we wanted two single rooms and that we were not going to share a room. We confirmed the reservation and told the receptionist that we were on our way and we should arrive later in the night and asked information about the parking. When we reached the hotel several hours later, we couldn't locate the parking and we called again to ask about it and the receptionist said that they did not hold our reservation because he said that, in his opinion, we were planning on sharing the room -which is not allowed by Jordanian law. He was extremely rude and did not gave us any reason for refusing our reservation, except for his idea about our plan. It is useful to specify that this entire exchange happened over the phone so he had not met us or did he know our personal information (gender, age etc..). We had to look for a different hotel in the night.
