Hotel Mousai Cancun Adults Only - All Inclusive

We stayed at the resort for a week before Christmas and opted for the all-inclusive package. Everything about Hotel Mousai Cancun was excellent. Everyone who works there goes out of their way to make you feel special--from the breakfast and dinners at Noi, to the sweet treats delivered to your room in the evening, to everyone greeting you with a smile. The hotel was quiet, intimate and just the perfect balance. You can tell all the staff takes pride in their hard work. The restaurants were excellent at both Mousai and Garza Blanca, in terms of service and food. Our favorite was Noi for dinner because it was quiet and relaxed, the food was so delicious (including the breads), and service was friendly and accommodating. There were optional activities at Mousai and Garza Blanca as well. We did restorative yoga in the morning, aqua zumba before lunch (which was so fun), Italian and Mexican cooking classes, learned how to make traditional margaritas, did a tequila tasting class, and listened to live bands in the evenings. Lounging at the pools and on the clean beach were also great options, and there was a travel desk at Garza Blanca, where we booked a snorkeling trip. The ferry to Isla Mujeres was at the end of the hotel strip and was a great place to visit for souvenir shopping too.

My parents and I spent Christmas week at Hotel Mousai in Cancun. I have stayed at Mousai in Puerto Vallarta previously and this new location lives up to the brand. The rooms are spectacular and well appointed. Nothing better than waking up and looking out onto the sea from bed. The lobby is contemporary decor and sets a very cool vibe. Both the rooftop pool and main level pools are so very relaxing. Santiago and Baruc who are the pool concierges set up your chairs and look after you when needed at the pool. Blanca, and Angel served us up yummy food and drink every day at the pool. We started every day at the NOI breakfast. The food is so delicious. You cannot go wrong. From avocado toast, to rancheros to standard american breakfast fare. The staff here are really special. From Lili and Cinthia who seat you to Juan, Jose, Abi and Heriberto who serve you to Carola, and Manuel who pitch in helping and supporting where needed. They are all stars! I went to the spa for Hydrotherapy, massage and a hydrafacial. It is a lovely zen space. Staff by the best starting with Milton, Marco, Jonathan and Cony at the start to Saul, Andres, Manuel who serve as your spa butlers to guide you through your stay to Shelbi and Ilana who provided my services. You will leave the spa in a much better place than when you enter, Mind and Body. The restaurants do not disappoint. DAO is my favorite and I am not a big chinese food person. It is so flavorful and fresh. It is the absolute best. Once again the staff are all stars from Itzel at the host desk to Carmen, Emanuelle and Fernando who are servers to Joseph and Gerardo who assist! We ate a NOI for dinner as few times and it too was great with wonderful staff liek Fernando, Katy, Jose, Vincente The staff is start to finish amazing here. Everyone makes you feel welcome. Hugo, Enrique, (Porters) Anel, Vicky (Concierge), Lionel (Maintenance) helped my dad retrieve his medication that fell behind the nightstand drawer Carlos, Guillermo who worked on the roof for the special dinner they offered on the 28th. Thank you for an amazing stay! So glad I am coming back in a few weeks!

We had the privilege of staying at Hotel Mousai in July 2024. My husband and I traveled alongside our adult daughter and her husband, our son-in-law. To our astonishment, we arrived on the day of the Grand Opening! Anticipating some initial challenges, we were pleasantly surprised to encounter none. Having previously enjoyed our time at Hotel Mousai in Puerto Vallarta, we were eager to experience the newly opened Hotel Mousai in Cancun. Hotel Mousai Cancun is truly exceptional! (And I consider myself quite discerning.) The decor is breathtaking, evoking the feeling of entering a grand palace. Every piece of furniture, artwork, and decor is exquisite and inviting. The restaurant within Hotel Mousai, Noi, offers an outstanding culinary experience. CINTHYA, the hostess, is not only beautiful but also greets us with warmth and elegance. Breakfast is remarkable, and the staff quickly learns your preferences, providing personalized smoothies and juice drinks to kickstart your day. They are willing to accommodate any request, even if it is not listed on the menu. Server ALEX is exceptional and makes breakfast a delightful experience. On our final evening at Noi, we were seated and informed that a surprise awaited us, and we would not need to place an order. CHEF ALEX had prepared a five-course tasting menu exclusively for us! Each course highlighted his remarkable creativity and culinary expertise. The food is undeniably five-star quality! I do not make such claims lightly, as we have visited all-inclusive resorts worldwide. Hotel Mousai stands in a class of its own, and I am not surprised it has earned a five-diamond rating. HERIBERTO, the head waiter, enhanced our experience significantly; he is truly a treasure. We also wish to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the other servers at Noi—JOSE, ABI, and JUAN—for their exceptional service. The experience at the Lobby Bar, led by UZIEL, was exceptional. He crafted the most remarkable cocktails! My husband and son-in-law, both bourbon enthusiasts (bourbon being a challenging request in Mexico), were treated to exquisite bourbon and smoked drinks that UZIEL skillfully prepared. We eagerly anticipated each of his creations, which made our trip truly memorable. His personalized service behind the bar deserves commendation! We dined at all the restaurants on the properties, including Garza Blanca and Villa del Palmar, all of which were commendable. Dao at Garza Blanca is particularly excellent. Additionally, do not overlook the Pear Pizza at Davino! The pools are truly outstanding, embodying five-star luxury. We primarily enjoyed the rooftop pool, where the stunning views and attentive staff enhanced our experience. JAIR treated us with utmost care, ensuring all our needs were met. JUAN and MARCO also provided exemplary service, contributing to our enjoyment. I requested a drink from HM PV that was not available on the Cancun menu, and they went above and beyond to obtain the recipe, preparing it for me

My wife and I just returned from what we thought was one of the best resorts in the Cancun area! We had been to Mousai in Puerto Vallarta and loved it so we were thrilled to learn about the brand new Mousai in Cancun. We’ve been to many of the top resorts in the Cancun area (Rosewood, Grand Velas, Le Blanc, Viceroy, Nizuc etc) and this resort was just as great- if not better. The staff go above and beyond for you and they ensure that all guests are enjoying. Some names worth mentioning: Bellman- Enrique Concierges - Daniela and Camila Bartenders - Jose (Nui) who made the best Smokey Old Fashioned and Luis by the lobby pool Pool Crew- Baruc, Yamil, Angel, Aury, Alexa, and Karina Noi Restaurant - Jose, Juan, Cinthia, Lili, Abinadab, Heriberto, Carola and Teddy The hotel itself is immaculate with the most striking and inviting decor. Rooms are bright and super modern with the most comfortable beds and furniture. The food was probably the best we’ve ever had at an all inclusive. Chef Benito at Noi knows what he’s doing! It was nice to be able to utilize the restaurants at the Garza Blanca, but we really were happy just eating at Noi- it was that good. Both pools are heated and very comfortable. Each day the rooftop pool offered a different activity (Sangria making, tequila tasting etc) while the lobby pool staff passed around surprise amenities each day. My only suggestion would be to change the beach lounges by adding cushions. The pool lounges are super comfortable with cushions on them but the ones on the beach are the same as the ones at Garza Blanca (not cushioned). They are not bad at all, but would expect the ones at Mousai to be slightly upgraded. Our four nights there flew by and we cannot wait to come back. I have no doubt that this hotel will soon rise to the top of list of best resorts in the Cancun area. We hope to return sooner than later which is something we don’t usually do as we like to try different resorts. However, our experience at Mousai Cancun was so over the top that we can’t wait to repeat it and stay longer next time.

This is my second visit to Hotel Mousai. My first visit was to Puerto Vallarta. We were excited to hear they opened a location in Cancun and booked before it opened. I will say the stay did not disappoint. We got the Ultra Corner Suite and the view was breathtaking. Room styling was amazing. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Only slight disappointment was the TV not being a smart TV and it required premium Internet to stream from your phone. Housekeeping: They always made sure that our room looked perfect everyday. Butler: Alexa was our butler and she made sure we were well taken care of every step of the way. She really made our trip no stress. She made sure that our reservations were arranged and even assisted with having us stay a day longer which we ended having to cancel. She is a real rockstar and a real value to the hotel staff Food: Room service food was solid. Eating breakfast at Noi was awesome. The staff was really friendly. The food hall at Garza was disappointing with regards of food options but service was great. Bacados was absolutely fantastic food and service wise and it was our favorite. Blanca Blue was also a really great spot. Service was fantastic. Drinks: Lobby bar staff was absolutely amazing at night. Their on staff mixologist was always willing to recommend drinks and make custom options. Drinks at the pools were awesome. I just appreciate they are made with care and not watered down like other resorts. Pool staff Angel, Alexa, Blanca and others were just amazing. Total rockstars. Our only real annoyance was just being hassled about viewing the time share but I understand that the staff is required to do it and push it my wife and I weren't feeling the best and we got hit up on a day we felt well and my wife didn't appreciate it. We are super thrilled about our stay and definitely recommend this location and all tafer resorts they are elite. We can't wait to go back.

The newest and most luxurious among the Tafer Hotels in Cancun is Hotel Mousai. The whole design is colorful and elegant. We have had one dinner and one breakfast at their fabulous restaurant. Very varied and healthy menu with loads of slecial touches and trests from the Chef Benito. Highly attentive Server Alex provided a delightful experience.👏👏👏‼️
