I stayed in this Hotel for 2 nights! I asked them to refund one 3rd night that I booked by mistake next month but they refused to do so! Their customer service is terrible and they don’t even communicate or know how to communicate. The room Flooded with water while we were showering! The small room is terrible, you barely have space for your legs. You cannot even put your luggage.

We paid for deluxe room, but it was the same as the other rooms booked few months ago. The room was clean, but it smells of cigarette smoke, even if it was non smoking room.

Очень маленькие номера . Нет заявленных 17 метров. Завтрак посредственный. Попросили зубные щетки , не смогли дать.

Terbaik, meskipun lift kecil, dan ruang kamar kecil, yang terpenting kebersihannya. Pelayanan ramah, dapat segelas teh sebagai welcome drink, tidak di denda karena saya late check out sekitar 30 menit karena saya shalat dzuhur dulu. Akses mudah kemana-mana dan dekat dengan station bus ke bandara.

Отличное местоположение, рядом с площадью таксим. Очень маленькое пространство, кровать тоже маленькая, номер попался с красивым видом, но очень шумный-всю ночь что-то падало каждые 5 минут. Завтраки средние, но голодными не останетесь. Салаты подуставшие. Лифт есть, но всё равно пойдете по лестнице. Если только переночевать, то вполне подойдёт. Попытался продлить номер, но выкатили полуторную цену. Просто отойти 50-100 метров и найдёте миллион вариантов не хуже.

Perfect location of the hotel about 2 minutes from taksim square .The staff was so friendly and helpful.Breakfat was delicious with good variety. The room was so small but it was clean with good furniture.over all stay was good .The air-conditioning works well .

Clean rooms and nice staff. I've stayed in Istanbul a few times, This hotel has the best location! Its right next to Taksim Square, but theres very little noice, since cars can drive through the street. Theres shops close by. The bed area is small tho. You can watch netflix on the TV

We stayed at The Nest Hotel, Istanbul on November 11 and 12, on the last leg of our holiday in beautiful Turkey. The hotel is just 300 meters from Taksim Square and within walking distance of Istiklal Street. Moreover, the Havaist airport shuttle is a 6-7 minutes walk. Our deluxe room was clean and comfortable (exactly as per the property picture posted here). Breakfast is a sumptuous, wide spread of Turkish and Continental options. Don't miss it! And do ask Ozgur to get you some Turkish coffee. She will serve it as per traditional Ottoman culture - with a glass of water on the side. The stay was also made memorable by the hospitality of Fatih, who helped us plan our site seeing, Yasin and Erhan. Thank you and hope to see you all next year, same time...

Two months ago, I stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of a friend. The location was truly outstanding. The staff were very warm and welcoming. They greeted us with drinks while we waited for check-in and then guided us to our room. The room was very clean and had a large window overlooking the street. The breakfast was delicious, and there were no restrictions on the service. The effort of the management and staff to create a comfortable environment was very noticeable. The hotel's front area and restaurant were beautifully designed. One of the hotel managers, Ms. Mehrnoush Taghizadeh, provided us with information on easy and affordable access to Istanbul’s tourist attractions. She even gave us her contact number so we could reach out if we encountered any issues during our stay in Istanbul. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to couples and families to enjoy a delightful trip.
