Strategic hotel.. Near popular place.. Good.

We didn’t enjoy the stay at Divas Hotel at all because it looked very disgusting inside the hotel and extremely dirty! Everything is broken including the shower! The bed is also broken from beneath. What a disgusting hotel 🤮

有名なモスクに近くて立地は素晴らしかった。しかし、スタッフが慣れていなかったのかチェックインに時間がかかった。また、朝食付きで予約したが、ホテル側の認識では朝食なしだったらしく朝食voucherの代わりに部屋の鍵を渡してくれと言われ、食堂のおばさんに鍵を預けたが時間が経っても鍵が返って来なかったためフロントに行った。しかし、フロントに行っても誰も人が居なくてまた食堂のおばさんに鍵はどこにあるのか聞きに戻り手間がかかった。

호텔 식사비는 비싸고 메뉴는 너무보잘것. 없음,처음 예약했던방이 지하방 예약시는 지하방이라 표시가 되지를 않해서 예약를 했는데 어쩔수없이 50유로 추가하여 엎그레드 시켜 체크인 했으며 세면실 타올이 없다고 했는데 기다려도 오지를 않해 직접 가서 가지고 와야 했음,서비스가 좋지 못함,두번다시 가고싶지 않은 호텔임

The photographs on the website were misleading, as the actual room conditions were significantly different and of poor quality. The room was filthy, and there was a strong odor of smoke emanating from the bedding and damp or mold, which prevented me from getting a restful night sleep due to constant coughing.The absence of windows for ventilation in the room & dining room impedes the circulation of fresh air.(window leaded to dining room) the toilet was disgusting very strong smell off gutter odor from the shower area. The sink was equipped with corroded rusty tap that was disgusting to even touching the tap to wash your hands or face & there was no towels or toilet paper holders, and that toilet paper is placed on the floor. When report to reception was not interested in helping. Due to the hotel's failure to address our health concerns, I made the decision to relocate to a different hotel, which cost the other £360. Despite informing the hotel management about the situation, they displayed a lack of concern and even laughed about the matter.

I don’t know where to start! The transfer was 2 hrs late after we landed to get us to the hotel. The staff aren’t helpful. They gave us a room in a basement with no windows and so dirty. The rooms nothing like that they advertised. After we complained they charge us €25 extra per nights and upgraded our room but the room is still dirty and disgusting. No kettles and not even a toilet rolls!!! Please never book this hotel.

The problems were massive! The rooms were cold, the wifi was slow, there were no electronic kettle, i don't reccomend this hotel that much, but its good when you need a roof to your head. Only good this is the service and they speak russian and english.

Divas Hotel is deceivingly filthy bad management, with building works noise, smoking on premises, and noise, I would not recommend saving your money and paying extra for a better hotel for a peaceful and cleaner stay the place was run down

Great hotel. would highly recommend. Great location. Service was great and staff were kind and helpful. Staff were available all the time and willing to assist where possible. if I was to go back I would definitely go back here.

Amazing hotel spacious room lovely & clean Stunning sea view with balcony, lovely freindly staff always there to help especially rustam helped me & my son get around & helped us to find nearby food places 1st time traveling to turkey amazing experiance will definatly hope to come back with the rest of my family Thank you for making our stay non forgetable

The hotel does not look anything like the pictures. They must have been taken a long time ago. The room smelt of excrement for the whole time I was there, I stopped breathing through my nose. I could understand that time passes and things get worn. But they had a water supply. The room was filthy. The curtain dirty stained and wrinkled. The bathroom had not been cleaned for some time and the shower head holder didnt work. The floor in the room was water damaged and dirty. All the furniture was worn and chipped. The lights above the bed covered in dust. There was a kettle but no cups, no fridge. And always the smell of feceas/mould and this was the room they upgraded me to. The bed was comfortable. I did not use the dining areas as the level of cleanliness made me reluctant to eat here. The garden was covered in cigarette ends. Again nothing like the pictures. If you tire easily the location has a really steep road the guest were always gasping when they got back. Staff were not the most helpful and having seen a few of the rooms not very observant and nose blind! I would avoid this place never again.

Banyo'nun her tarafi kuflenmis, askilar ve tutacaklat pasden gecilmiyordu.Bir kisilik yatakta iki yattik.Bir hafta boyunca odaya girip temizlik ve carsaf havlu degisimi bile yapilmamisti. Dus be banyo isini cevredeki hamamlarda yaptik.Calisanlari kabaydi. Resimdeki gibide havuzu yok aldanmayin.Hic havuz yok. Iyi tafarafi bu otelin turistik gezme yerlerine yakin olmasi.

First red flag: we get there, we had 4 different rooms booked (1 double 3 triples) but we are told that there are only 2 triples and 2 doubles Second red flag: other customers at the reception are having same or different problems; one is complaining that he specifically asked for a non-smoking room as his wife is sick and they got a filthy room that smells terribly Third red flag: problems when paying with card; I got charged, they tell me I wasn't, I check home bank and see I was charged 2 times 2 different amounts; an entire hassle starts lasting around 1 hour, in the end with the help of my bank (thanks ING) I get refunded and they instruct me on what to do next (pay with cash and ask for receipts) The receipt I got was made in Word, printed and signed by someone in the staff, they told me that they can't give me a fiscal one as I paid with cash. Not sure why buy I have a hunch that they are also doing tax evasion in there. Moving on, we take 2 rooms, 1 double and 1 triple and the other friends have to go and search on different hotels. I get first room at 1st floor(near stairs); I wasn't able to sleep for the 2 nights I was in there. No sound isolation and everyone is screaming or constantly stomping on the stairs , staff does not care, they also scream. Room is dirty. There is a specific smell everywhere (old and mold). There are stains on the bed sheets and on the towels. Turns out they are not dirty, but super old. They must use the same sheets and towels since they opened. Bathroom is dirty, there is mold on the ceiling. Also there is no ventilation, all the humidity is absorbed by the walls. There is a specific smell. Luckily, I only slept in there as I spent my entire days walking in the city. During the evening we would go to our friends who found a room to a hotel next there (NU if I remember correctly). They paid 10 euros more and the conditions were way better. Other than the location (which is close to city center) there is nothing good at this place. I would like to add that it wasn't really cheap either, but as I wasn't the one who booked it (one of my friends did this through an agency) I can't complain. However in the same are or for a few bucks in plus you can find decent conditions. I don't recommend it and I will definitely not return here.
