I want to leave review for Deniz Can for his check in services and showing around the hotel facilities and the room. He stepped out and ensured the room facilities were good and answered any questions on ordering food. There is an ATM facility at the hotel. It's especially useful for foreigners who need to take out cash in local currency. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable with panoramic views of the city. Shower and toilet were clean and inviting. I would highly recommend stay at Burgu Arjaan by Rotana, a great choice!

Yunus and yiğit at the arjaan hotel restaurant were amazing. They greet us very well and they were very respectful and helpful We had a great experience starting from the morning breakfast buffet until the room service the staff is amazing including front desk and room service. This is my second time coming back to this hotel for a vacation and I'll definitely come again

A rainshower literally falling down from the roof is not what you might expect in a hotel like this, but hey, you find yourself in Istanbul, the only place where someone is always readily available to come and repair it within half an hour even at 4am. There was a large restaurant I did not get to try, I did get to try the roomservice which I honestly wouldn’t try again. The pricing was at least thee times more expensive than around the corner where much better food is being served in restaurants on the streets. The hotel building is nice, but also a bit older with the golden futuristic tower struggling to shine in the dust of the metropolitan city of Istanbul, something you can not really blame the hotel for. Overall, decent stay, comfortable, spacious rooms with great view of the city. Would come back if staying in this part of Istanbul, but the traffic, airport and Bosphorus are factors to keep in mind when travelling Istanbul

This hotel is good but not the best, Below is a honest review, First opinion… this is a hotel for people who have surgery only. I didn’t see many people who haven’t had surgery everyone we spoke to was booked in for something over wrapped in bandages. If you are looking for a break away I wouldn’t suggest this hotel as it is used for surgery patients and recovery. (Including us) On arrival the staff are friendly, you will be asked to pay a deposit on arrival with a credit card and physical card not Apple Pay. So make sure you bring a card. If you give them a via debit they will refuse it and tell you it takes 15-20 days to refund any money taken. Our room was really good very spacious, we had a studio, very modern and clean, can’t complain about the room because it had everything we needed and was very clean. Fruit provided on arrival along with water tea and coffee daily. I would recommend bringing shampoo and conditioner though as the one they provide is more like a shower gel. Breakfast… is £18 a day and I will be completely honest the breakfast is terrible. It is more like a light lunch than a breakfast. You will find things like noodles, sausage rolls cut up. No cooked breakfast stuff like you find in the UK and other places in Europe. Lots of bread fruit but in terms of an actual breakfast it is really poor. You can’t really make a breakfast meal out of what is there. No fried eggs or pouched eggs, no sausages or meats. No beans sauces ect. The first day it looked like my boyfriend had last nights Chinese is was really bizzare but maybe that’s how they eat here! Who knows. Personally I wouldn’t rate it or pay for it again, some of the stuff are great and friendly, you will notice there are a couple of really miserable people one in particular is a lady who always wears her hair tied back with glasses. She’s very moody never smiles and everything is far too much effort for her. The pool looks really nice and there are maybe 12 sun loungers which they provide blue padding for comfort which is nice, especially when you are recovering after surgery, Lunch and dinner is ok nothing spectacular but it’s ok, the spa is nice and the massage is great. Massage is €55. The pool is not worth using you also have to wear swimming caps which is annoying especially when you don’t bring one. Location is terrible it’s right next to a motorway and there is nothing within the area hence again. Why we think it’s more of a surgery hotel because everyone I walking around in pain and bandages so they are not going anywhere far. Reception staff and always lovely and friendly and there is security day and evening.
