Very nice

Die Räumlichkeiten waren nicht wirklich so wie auf den Bildern, das Wasser was wir zugestellt bekommen hatten war kein gutes. Haben nach zwei Tagen eine Magendarm Erkrankung auf Grund des Trinkwassers bekommen, da es wahrscheinlich zu lange in den Lagerräumen im Plastikbehälter stand. Der Wasserkocher war nicht sauber, somit konnten wir das Wasser auch nicht sauber abkochen. Die Bettlacken wurden nur 2x gewechselt innerhalb von 7 Tagen, zu dem waren auch da noch flecken zu erkennen. Der Minikühlschrank war definitiv nicht zu benutzen, da der so schlimm gestunken hat und getropft hat. Wir wollten nach der ersten nacht umbuchen, jedoch hätten wir das Geld nicht zurück erstattet bekommen, daher sind wir geblieben. Im großen und ganzen kann man sagen keine gute Unterkunft, aber nettes Personal. Frühstück war auch nicht das beste. Zur Lage kann man sagen, dass es genau auf einem Hügel liegt und man doch noch zu Fuß lange braucht um an ein Zentrum zu gelangen oder man nimmt sich einfach ein Taxi. Es gibt keine Dachtherasse, keine richtigen Balkone, sondern eher auf französischer Art, welche im 6. Stockwerk schon Höhenangst bereitet. Dies für die jenigen, die Raucher sind.

這個酒店在山坡上，房間很小，總體還行，最大的問題是在馬路邊的上坡處，很多摩託車爬坡的轟鳴聲太大，太吵人了。服務態度還好。從酒店到海邊步行需要半小時，主要的問題是台階和坡太多，走完腿疼。

Sehr freundlicher Service und Mitarbeiter. Sie helfen einen sehr. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Burak is really good thanks for all the management team. They tried everything for our comfort and beautiful staying in Bosfora. Location is very unique and close to all places. We will comeback again and I will recommend this hotel to my iranian friends.

This is the second time we have stayed here and every time it has been very pleasant. My mum was getting surgery across the road so we stayed here and Burak made her feel very comfortable, reassuring her that many people had the same thing and she shouldn't feel embarrassed. The rest of the staff are lovely and very attentive too. Hotel is clean and the TV's come with Netlfix!

The hotel location is ( sisli/ fulla ) was very noisy but if you are coming for some reason you can understand why is very crowded, because everything is close to here. Breakfast was very vell staff was helpful also there was a +1 star ( MR. Burak ) that is why everything was perfect. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We came from UK / London for dentist with my lovely wife, everything was perfect the staff was very kind especially MR. Burak was so good he helped me to much, for area for food for all the recommendations I was very happy. Thanks again Burak, wish you best.

Staff was so friendly and very helpful especially my good friend BURAK HELPFUL with airport transport and then been always professional. If I speak about location it was little bit hilly but when you choose taxies around early in the morning always better and staff gonna help you. See you guys. Highly recommended.
