They don’t have pool, my room was standard and it was fully damp so I paid extra to upgrade at the hotel to have better room. At the bathrooms there is the things for shampoo and shower gel but they were broken, at the restaurant for breakfast you can’t find salt pan and pepper pan and wasn’t great service for breakfast and the cart you have to use to open your room door has to change every day because not working properly. Only good think was people working on reception desk during a day were kind and friendly.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Following a sudden death in my family, I requested to cancel my reservation, fully understanding that there would be charges deducted. However, the staff showed no cooperation or empathy, refusing my request outright and leaving me with no option but to stay at the hotel. The situation only worsened upon arrival. The breakfast was bland and lacked variety, offering nothing but bread, butter, and jam—far below the standard of the breakfast buffets I expect from a hotel. On top of that, the staff was consistently rude and unhelpful, providing poor service and making an already difficult time even more stressful.
