Im going to go into a lot of detail as i could’ve done with this prior to booking. Of course everyone’s preferences are different but this was our experience. Room- My boyfriend and i booked through love holidays, upgraded to an executive room, garden/pool view, looked nice enough on the photos, more dated in person, but spacious and clean. From the 7th floor up, the rooms have been redone so are new- we walked through the corridors on the 7th floor and it looked lovely, we then reached the executive wing- very dated and had not been redone. Think there just needs to be more transparency with rooms. Asked to upgrade but no premium rooms available, as i say though, the room was nice enough, just wanted something a little newer! The food- i will say, the food options in the evening were nice, i am a pescatarian so options are naturally limited. Lunch smaller, I personally am happy with greek salad and chips for lunch! We had breakfast maybe 4/10 days, beans and eggs cold each time. But cant really comment more, i got creative with pancakes with orange and sugar!! We personally booked knowing we would still go out majority of evening meals. Good restaurants nearby! We didn’t go as no spaces left for last few days, but i believe the a la carte restaurant is 10€ (includes all food and drink i was told) if you’re not ultra inclusive, heard good things but didn’t try personally- think theres Italian, greek and Chinese in the same place to order. The all inclusive- there is bed and breakfast, all inclusive, and ultra all inclusive. We didnt realise there was ultra all inclusive until we arrived, think this gets all bars and restaurant too. All inclusive is what we went with, mostly for drinks as it worked out at about €10 each per day which was worth it! All inclusive gets you access to 1/3 bars. The bar inside you can use. The pool bar is not for all inclusive, nor is another bar nearer reception. There is also the dome where the bar is open in there for the evening entertainment. The 1 bar you can use in the day, can get busy but not too bad, the drinks are served in black paper cups, if you want beer, you are lucky to get 1/4 pint, the cups are half pint and barely filled to half way, when my boyfriend asked for it to be topped up as it was all foam, the man serving was rude and topped one up and slammed it down. Wine was nice but not cold, cocktails were nice. You can only get 1 drink each time so when getting 1/4 pint, you can imagine it’s a little frustrating when you are having to return every 15 minutes! They wont allow you to have glass by the pool which i understand, but the people paying at the pool bar get nice pint glasses by the pool which seems unfair. The staff- reception staff- not massively friendly but informative when asked. The bar staff at the all inclusive bar were generally very rude, the more mature 2 especially, a man and a lady, were both very rude despite me making an effort each time to be friendly and using some g
