Mr. Rishav and mr.rakhesh are really really sweet and they were really good during serving us food they made our experience much better with their way of serving i repeat again mr.rishav's way is so good he's really a gentleman . I want to thank them both for making my night fabulous

However, the property can feels a bit impersonal and lacks the warmth and character of classic luxury hotels. LOCATION: The hotel is located near major commercial and business districts. And the surrounding area can be quite congested and noisy, which may be a drawback for those seeking a more peaceful retreat. DINE + DRINK: The property offers a range of dining options, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty Indian restaurant, and a stylish bar(MADIZA). While stylish and cool, the prices of the drinks at the bar were on the higher end! ROOM: We stayed in Room 307, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW: Random view of the Swimming pool and quirky looking Electricity towers!; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Good sized bathroom with a Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: decent quality toiletries FACILITIES: Good-sized MODERN Gym fitted with a full range of weights and Cardio machines, good enough for a full-on workout. Lovely outdoor swimming pool. SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good! Big Smart TV dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages

Aman was a rude talking and insulting *** full of bad attitude and i think he didn't want anyone to come to this hotel he is not a problem solver infact he is the one who is the problem creator. Please remove him from the job or otherwise you will bad reviews from more customers in Radisson Jammu.

The hospitality and Food very good here (Manpreet kaur ) Excellent service . Rooms cleaning and services Wonderful . The service of laundary have to improve. Gym equipment have to improve should be some new equipments. Wish you all the very best Sathish
