Quest Regency

Room is very neat and clean. I had a good experience in such a low price. I have been to many cities and stayed in many hotels, i am surprised with the services i got here. If you are coming to jamshedpur and don’t want to spend too much on hotel rooms, try this one. It is just infront of hotel vivanta.

Quest Regency is an exceptional hotel that truly excels in all aspects, largely due to the outstanding leadership of General Manager Sanjay and his remarkable team. From the moment I arrived, the attention to detail was evident, particularly in the housekeeping department, where every corner of the hotel was kept spotless and immaculate. The rooms were not only comfortable but also beautifully maintained, ensuring a restful stay. However, the most memorable part of my experience was the food—it was simply outstanding, offering a level of authenticity and flavor that I rarely find in hotel dining. The restaurant's cuisine was so impressive that I would strongly suggest it be branded as a Signature Restaurant, as it undoubtedly serves the best food I’ve had in a long time. The hotel’s prime location added to the convenience and overall experience, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. My 5-night stay was nothing short of perfect, and I am already looking forward to my next visit to Quest Regency, knowing that I will be welcomed with the same level of excellence and hospitality.

Location of the hotel is outstanding room service is very good and courteous quality of food served in room is delicious and breakfast is also excellent i recommend others to chose the hotel for stay however room is little bit small.

Rooms are small and the food is unhygienic. The staff at the reception are non cooperative. Worst experience, would not recommend

Reception guy/manager was very unprofessional, after confirmation he deny and i have to leave my stay in midway in heavy rainfall and look for other hotel in bistupur. Struggle a lot because of that guy. It was clear mention that visitors are allowed even i have confirm them on the telephonic conversation yet after arrival he deny. Totally useless guy, unprofessional, no common sense at all.
