I am arrived at the hotel very late in the night after midnight and I had the worse experience of my life upon check-in. The receptionist asked me to charge the room or to pre-authorize the payment with my credit card, but probably something in the network was not working and 3 credit cards of mines were always refused, and even the one of my colleague. Then she told me to go to the ATM to the cinema (at 00.30 of the night) to cash some money to pay, after speaking with her director on the phone, and neither the ATM was working. I've spoken with the director who refused to let me in untill the payment was done, and he could guess after the description of the situation that something was wrong with the network. As a matter of fact, I have had to wait for a lucky trial when finally their terminal woke up and I was given the room 40 minutes later, very tired and very nervous. This is the most EXTREME RUDE behaviour that I have seen in my whole professional life, and my explanations that we come here regularly once every 2-3 months, as we work with a local company that could anyway settle the bill in case of troubles, were useless for this man. I am unwilling to come here again, after such bad experience, and to me it is a case history about loosing a customer.
